Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting only with power roller 8-10 tone including filling in hollows and depression which occur during the process of of rolling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 200mm thick Soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone interstics filled, surface formed and rolled & consolidated with 8 to 10 tone power roller to required gradient & camber complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2 layers of 75mm thick each (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20 mm size), granite trap or basalt spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny gags to remove all loose dirt etc, applying evenly a tack coat with bituminous primer (VG-10) @ 10 kg per 10 sqm all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying Bituminous Asphaltic Semi dense concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness @ 5.5 % binder content by weight to total mix using VG 30 Bitumin by Mechanised paver rolled and compacted to required chamber and gradient complete & rolling to a smooth surface with 10 tonne pneumatic roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L thermo plastic center or edge line marking (reflective type) of 3 mm thickness of uniform finishing with machine conformiong to BS 3262 (Part-I) 1989 read with most specification of 803 clause 4.2.1 and 4.2.2 on bituminous surface in white/yellow/red colour and super imposed with glass slam beats confirming to BS 6088 and most specification 803 clause 4.3.3 including cleaning of surface by removing all dust, dirt oil grease etc inclduing removing of existing marking with spirit/keroscene/gas burner or mechanically on bituminous surface complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

S & F CAT eye solar reflected type of metal body allow of size 100 x100x20 mm with PAMA striplens reflector of modal no DA-972.0 fixed with and including MS studs of suitable size as per manufactures instructions etc completed all as specified and directed.

M&L for Moorum/Red Bajri filling 100mm thick in berms, laid in layers n.exc 15cm thick, spread, rolled, consolidated and levelled complete all as specified and directed.

Removal excavated materials (soil) exceeding 250 meters but not 500 meters and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meters above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.
