Creation of HT/LT Electric Sub-Station with other allied works at WSS GCET Safapora

Design, manufacture, Supply, Installation, Testing, commissioning of 100KVA (11/0.440KV), 3 phase, neutral HV power distribution transformer of Level-2 Type as per IS-1180 (Part 1) of 2014with following specifications: - Capacity = 100KVA, 3-phase and Neutral. Operating conditions. Input = 11000 volts Output = 430-440 volts AC supply in 3- phase. Terminals: - Input = 3 No. HV bush rods with insulators, washer & nuts etc. Output = 4 No. LV bush rods with insulators, washer, nuts etc. Core = High permeability core for heat dissipation fabricated out of suitable size and gauge strips. Transformer Coils = Suitable number of HV and LV coils in each phase. The power transformer coils shall be fabricated out of superior quality aluminium wire / strips properly wound so as to make it flux leak-proof. Coolant: - The HV power transformer shall be completely filled with superior grade transformer oil up to required level. Enclosure = The core, coils & bracket shall be enclosed in MS tank of suitable thickness with cooling conducts / fins or either side. The MS tank shall be painted in two coats of enamel synthetic paint and the tank shall be fitted with drain cock / plug and graduated glass tube oil level indicator. Besides above the whole assembly is to be carried to site and includes carriage, head load, all leads and lifts involved. Make:North Sun, Northern, Alba, New Chenab, Universal. The job includes P/F of S/L clamps (100-150) as per site requirement for all LT/HT terminal connections of above Transformer. Note: -Firm has to get/provide NOC/Inspection Clearance certificate from concerned departments for making electrical connections. The Power transformer shall be supplied with manufacturers test reports/certificates. The manufacturer should be preferably CPRI certified.

Supply, installation, erection of MS tubular poles- ST-410 SP33, ISI mark HTL- IS 1161 or IS 2713of 9M long, long having reduced of 4inch x 5inch x 6inch, from top to bottom and shall be anti-corrosive painted. The job includes providing / laying of cement concrete block in 1:2:4 mix /M15 (cement concrete, sand aggregate block (s) (of size 3ft deep x1ft above the ground) for grouting of each pole. The pole shall be welded with 40mm x 40mm square M S plate, 5 mm thick at bottom of the pole and having duly drilled holes at top/appropriate locations for accommodating M S fasteners for holding safety devices. The Job includes the cost of applying black paint to poles up to a height to 1.50M from the bottom of the pole and rest of the portion with one coat steel primer and two coats of water proof metallic paint of silver colour. The job includes GI strip earthing as per present IEEE rules.

Providing and fitting of 11 KVA insulators (Polymer Type- 5KN)

Supply, laying, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 0.05 ACSR11KV HT Conductor.

Providing & fixing of 11KV G-O set polymer insulator type complete in every respect with all allied accessories 01 No. for tapping point and 01 No. for Sub-Station along with disc insulator set complete (Polymer Type-12KN)as per present IEEE rules.

Providing & fixing of Horn Gap Drop Out Fuse set polymer insulator type for 11 KV power supply complete job as per present IEEE rules.

Providing & fixing of 9KA lightning arrestor set station/post type complete with fittings as per present IEEE rules.

Providing & fixing of sign plates fabricated out of MS sheets of size 1ft x 1ft to be fixed on each pole with clamps. The job includes letter writing as 11KV Danger in red colour on the sign plates as per present IEEE rules.

Providing and fitting of Anti Climbing Devices with clamps as per present IEEE rules.

Providing & fixing of Belting angle set for holding transformer out of ISA 40x40x5mm (10ft long 02 No’s) with D-clamps/Mukhi clamps, nuts and bolts etc. for proper fitment on poles as per site requirement and as per present IEEE rules.

Providing and fitting of ISMC 150 x 75, 9ft long (02 No’s), for resting of 100KVA HV power transformers, with suitable dia. size hole along with D-clamps/Mukhi clamps, nuts and bolts etc. for fitting on poles as per site requirement and as per present IEEE rules.

Providing and fitting of ISMC 75 x 40, 9ft long with suitable dia. size hole for installation of link set, D.O set and lightning arrestor along with D-clamps/Mukhi clamps, nuts and Bolts etc for fitting on poles as per present IEEE rules.

Providing and fitting of 4ft long, ISA 40x40x5mm for bracing/cross arm with suitable dia. size hole along with D-clamps/Mukhi clamps, nuts and bolts etc. for fitting on poles as per present IEEE rules.

Providing and fitting of ISMC 75x40, 5ft long with suitable dia. size hole for accommodating pin insulators along with D-clamps/Mukhi clamps, nuts and bolts etc. for fitting on poles as per present IEEE rules.

Providing, Installation of Galvanised Stay Set with 50x8mm stay clamp, guy insulator(2Nos.), anchor plate (200x 200 x 6 mm), nut-bolts, 2 Nos turn-buckles, 1.8m long, 16 mm diameter solid GS stay rod & 7/3.15 mm dia GI stranded wire complete with grouting as per IS standard and IEE rules.

P/I of Chemical earthling for complete earthing of Sub-Station and transformer comprising of company fabricated earthling electrode as per IS: 3043. The job includes Auguring of bore of required dia/depth for installation of electrode along with backfill compound mixed with soil and all other items required thereof for achieving the best result. The job includes providing &connecting of transformer body, G.O Set &lightening arrestor as per IS 2629/85through GI strip with the earthling electrode and making of surface structure in brick/cement concrete material with proper main-hole cover as per present IEEE rules. Painting of all channels, ISA etc. fitted on poles of tapping point and sub-station in one coat of steel primer and two coats of water proof metal paint of silver colour.
