Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster, terrazo etc on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work as in framed trusses not exceeding 10 metre span (taking down as per requirement) and erection & fixing steel work in roof trusses including special shape washers etc. using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of cast iron, wrought iron or mild steel work of any description and from any position not otherwise provided for in this Schedule (BOQ), complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters (including fittings & fixtures) of any description exc 1 Sqm and not exc. 2 Sqm each, and refixing in the same opening complete all as specified and as directed. The cost of making good the surface of wall / floor with matching the existing surface either tile or plastered of surface whatsever exist on ground is including in the unit rate of items.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0, using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, roof kerbs, mud stops and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for brick work with old size Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F rolled mild steel work in tubular trusses/ purlins including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161-1979 grade St-240 complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F Mild steel framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. not exceeding 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe-290/Gde-E-165 complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 5cm length but not exc 10cm long and dia of neck 5 to 10mm complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick with coating AZ-150 gsm of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling Asbestos cement corrugated sheets complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Colour of sheet shall be as approved by the GE.

M&L for false ceiling with 4mm thick composite cement board conforming to IS-14862 (Type B, Category 3), fixed with and including grid made out of galvanized iron powder coated inverted ‘Tee’ or ‘L’ section concealed powder coated GI frame work suspended from ceiling with provision of galvanized iron wire 4mm dia and wall taping screw including butterfly clips, hold down clips for fixing the board to frame complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions, including takding down old ceiling board complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Size of grid – 595 mm x 595 mm. (b) Size of main Tee – 39 x 24.70 x 0.80 mm. (c) Size of cross Tee – 39 x 24.70 x 0.80 mm. (d) Size of wall angle – 24.70 x 24.70 x 0.70 mm. (e) Level clip with wire – Dia of GI wire 4mm (f) Soffit Cleat – 37 x 25 x 1.80mm Note : Design & shade of composite cement board shall be as approved by the GE.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 7 to 8.5mm thick (square/rectangular), polished, coloured (light shade & pattern as approved by GE), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 7 to 8.5mm thick (square/rectangular), polished, coloured (light shade as approved), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered / unplastered surfaces of walls & applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & as directed.

Taking down aluminium door/window / ventilator including chowkhat if required and carrying out necessary repairs, securing rails, tighting screws, hinges etc and same including repair of rubber bedding, aluminium clip, adjustment of glass, repair of floor spring or hydraulic door closer with oiling or gressing etc including adjustment of horizontal or middle style complete all till the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cost of making good the surface of wall / floor with matching the existing surface either tile or plastered of surface whatsever exist on ground is including in the unit rate of items. Note : The material obtained as schedule of credit will be removing to MES store/yard by contractor with own arrangement irrespective of any distance as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge, without claiming any extra cost from department.
