Demolition and breaking up of drain pipes of salt-glazed ware, AC (asbestos cement) or reinforced concrete of 150 mm internal diameter, including removal of pipes set in cement mortar and disposal of debris off the premises as directed. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up of drain pipes of salt-glazed ware, AC (asbestos cement) or reinforced concrete of 200 mm internal diameter, including removal of pipes set in cement mortar and disposal of debris off the premises as directed. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition and breaking up of drain pipes of salt-glazed ware, AC (asbestos cement) or reinforced concrete of 300 mm internal diameter, including removal of pipes set in cement mortar and disposal of debris off the premises as directed. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor areas and in paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness, whether below or above ground level, including breaking, lifting, removing debris and cleaning the area. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning and desilting of manholes of depth not exceeding 1.50 m by pumping out or removing liquid waste/sewage, plugging the ends of sewer pipes or diverting the flow into drains if required, removing silt, sludge and other waste material, sprinkling bleaching powder to control foul smell, and carrying out all precautionary and safety measures including use of safety belts, lighting arrangements, face masks and protective equipment. Removed silt, sludge and waste material shall be transported in leak-proof trucks covered with tarpaulin and disposed off outside MD land as per the rules and regulations of civil authorities. Manholes shall be cleaned with fresh water on completion. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning and desilting of manholes of depth exceeding 1.50 m but not exceeding 3.00 m by pumping out or removing liquid waste/sewage, plugging the ends of sewer pipes or diverting the flow if required, removing silt and sludge, sprinkling bleaching powder to avoid foul smell, and ensuring all precautionary and safety arrangements including safety belts, lighting, face masks and protective gear. Waste material shall be removed in leak-proof trucks covered with tarpaulin and disposed off outside MD land as per regulations of civil authorities. Manholes shall be cleaned thoroughly with fresh water. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removed waste shall be transported in leak-proof trucks covered with tarpaulin and disposed off outside MD land in accordance with civil authority regulations. Sewer lines shall be flushed with fresh water after cleaning. Note: Length of sewage lines including chambers and traps shall be measured for payment. Cleaning of manholes shall be measured separately under the appropriate item. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning and desilting of sewage lines of exceeding 150 mm but not exceeding 300 mm bore, including sludge chambers and gully traps of any size or shape and up to any depth, by pumping out or removing liquid waste/sewage, plugging ends of pipes or diverting the flow if required, removing silt, sludge and waste deposits, sprinkling bleaching powder to reduce foul odour, and following all required safety precautions including use of safety belts, lighting and face masks. Waste material shall be removed in leak-proof covered trucks and disposed off outside MD land as per civil authority rules. Sewer lines shall be flushed with fresh water after cleaning. Note: Length of sewage lines including chambers and traps shall be measured for payment. Cleaning of manholes shall be measured separately under the appropriate item. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of choked or blocked AC/CI/PVC soil waste or rainwater pipes of any diameter by removing the cleaning eye, clearing the blockage, flushing the pipe with water, refixing the cleaning eye after completion and making good damaged cement joints. Pipe diameter not exceeding 150 mm. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Empting septic tanks and manholes of any depth by providing sewage suction vehicle of capacity 5000 ltrs(BMC Pattern) including necessray other arrangments such as sweepers to clean up the site after work and depositing the same at places earmarked outside MOD land upto 25 KM lead and lift complete one or more times all as specified and directed. Note:- (a) All precautions to be taken by all workers while working in foul condition,Contractor shall take all necessary actions. (b) After cleaning vehicle will be contractors's property. (c) Contractor accredated representive shall be availble during cleaning. (d) Complete process shall be completed in all respects within a day.

Cleaning and removal of foreign material from inside gully traps, WC pans, Nahani traps, floor traps etc., including removing and refixing RCC/CI cover, extracting and removing waste directly buried in the ground to a distance not exceeding 50 m, and sprinkling bleaching powder as required. Work may be carried out one or more times as directed. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting out and removal of plants, roots, shrubs and vegetation from roof surfaces and brick/stone walls built in cement mortar, applying suitable chemical treatment using SL (Soluble Liquid) mixed with water in the proportion 1:75 to prevent re-growth, and making good the disturbed portions. Repairs shall include brickwork in CM 1:3 at wall surfaces, PCC 1:2:4 at roof slab portions, and finishing to match the existing surface including whitewash or cement-based paint over a 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4. All debris and demolished material shall be disposed outside MD land up to 8th floor level as directed. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate, as in sub-base layer for pavements, flooring or similar works. Surface shall be finished even and fair without using extra cement. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for providing 40 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, for hardstanding areas, laid in alternate panels including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified.

Supply and fixing in repair galvanised steel barbed wire, two-strand, 2.24 mm diameter with 2.0 mm diameter barbs spaced at 75 mm centres, including straining and fixing to any type of standards, posts, rails and straining bolts, and securing or tying at crossings with galvanised mild steel binding wire, staples or steel pins as required,Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Each line of barbed wire shall be measured separately for payment.

Supply only mild-steel galvanised chain-link fencing, of any mesh, size or type.

Supply and fixing in repair barbed razor-type concertina coil, fabricated from 9 SWG hot-galvanised spring-tensile wire having UTS 145–150 N/sq.mm, with zinc coating 250–300 g/m², coil diameter when unstretched 600 mm, minimum coil weight 1.625 kg/Rm (GI strip), provided with hot-dip galvanised razor ribbon tape, 50 mm wide (before wrapping), 19 mm effective width, wrapped on central core wire. The coil shall be fixed with 1.6 mm thick GI clips (minimum 25 Nos/Rm) and secured with special nuts and bolts for holding double coils together, including provision of extra rows of parallel 10-gauge wire as directed. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing precast reinforced cement concrete, type B-1, mix 1:2:4, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, for landings, cover slabs for manholes, chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar architectural/utility components, finished with a plain face and set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

Use and waste of formwork for flat, rough-finished surfaces of concrete to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs and similar members, and to splays between floors and beams, to obtain a rough finished surface of concrete. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified.

Material and labour for installation of ramp (approx. weight 7 tonne) at P Gate, INS Angre, using mechanical crane as and when directed. The installation shall be carried out by specialised and trained personnel and completed within 4 to 5 hours. Provide slope/packing at both ends with PCC 1:4:8, Type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as required at site. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for dismantling of ramp (approx. weight 7 tonne) from P Gate, INS Angre and shifting to the location directed (lead not exceeding 50 m), using mechanical crane as and when directed. Dismantling shall be carried out by specialised and trained personnel and completed within 3 to 4 hours. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying waterproofing treatment in sunken portions of WCs, bathrooms and similar locations by applying cement slurry mixed with waterproofing cement compound. The treatment shall consist of the following: a) First Coat (i) Application of slurry made with cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with waterproofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. (ii) This coat shall be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. b) Second Coat (i) Application of slurry made with cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with waterproofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. (ii) This coat shall be allowed to air cure for 4 hours, followed by water curing for 48 hours. The rate includes complete preparation of the surface and sealing of all joints, corners, pipe junctions and masonry interfaces using polymer-modified slurry, ensuring a continuous waterproof barrier. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling stone slab and tiles of of any description or thickness laid bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc all as specified and directed.

Taking down interlocking paver from the existing surfaces and refixing them in same place after filling depression with fine sand and re-laid the pavers over and including 25 mm thick fine sand cushion to a line and slope etc and joined complete including spreading screened river sand over surface for filling the joints with rising surface vibrator etc complete all as specified.

M&L for pre painted machine pressed precast concrete inter locking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS-15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M-35 Grade, glossy finished of approved colour incliuding filling the joints with white cement & grey pigment including 25 cm thick sand cushioning incl spreading and levelling etc complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for machine pressed cheqered cement coloured tiles of size 300mmx300mmx20mm thick mix with grey cement laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 set and jointed and pointedin neat cement slurry in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

M &L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18 to 20 mm thick as in steps, landings, floors etc laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing,mirror polishing incl making 02 Nos grooves in steps over & incl 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for machine cut kota stone slab 18 to 20 mm thick as in skirting/vertical surfaces jointed and pointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing, polishing and 15 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings,chequred plates etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bar; barred iron doors; ladder; framed balusters; walk ways, railings, frame work for water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gd E-165 all as specified .

Material and labour for cast iron work, Grade FG-150, unmachined, in the form of brackets, gully traps, gratings, railings, frames, manhole covers, fire and soot doors, dampers, stop-valve boxes, gate stops, parts of ranges, balusters and similar articles weighing not less than 5 kg each, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix RCC precast drain covers of size 600 × 900 × 75 mm, including handling, placing in position, minor adjustments, and finishing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including all necessary scaffolding as required and rubbishing off the premises etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on brickwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and fair, including mixing integral waterproofing compound in the proportion specified by the manufacturer.
