Demolition of cement concrete (Un reinforced) in ground floors n.exc 15cm thick (above or below grnd level) complete all as specified

M&L for PCC( 1:2:4 ) type B-0 using 20mm graded stone as in padding on roof correction of slope and roof kerbs all as specified and directed.

M&l for Cleaning the entire area first by broom, chipping unwanted area using chisel and hammer, cleaning/ smoothening by wire brush, washing the entire surface using waterjet and finally by broom and airjet and applying 15mm average thickness plasetring in single layer and finishing with trowel with a bond coat: SBR polymer (@ 10% of cement weight and applying one layer of cement and Nushar make CCP mix in the ratio Cement:CCP:Water::1:1:0.2 and mixing it thoroughly using electric mixer coating to be done atleast 1’ longitudinally to secure edges and Filling all visible cracks using Nushar crack pack master/ Nushar make Cladofix. Laying 66 gsm non woven fiber along with 2nd and 3rd coat of CCP mix and cement mixture as in step 2 . Filling overlapping joints using Nushar make Master adhesive. Apply 1st coat of Nushar make Polymembrane coat using brush across the area. After curing of above layer apply second coat of Polymembrane coat. Apply 1st coat of Nushar make Nano top coat. Ponding test to be done by filling atleast ½” water in the entire area. Removing the water after the test is successfully completed. Apply 2nd layer of Nushar make Nano top coat to finish the work all as spd and directed by Engr -in-charge.

M&L for cleaning/taking out sludge/mud/silt from manhole of any size and capacity manual or mechanically including dewatering when ordered including removing of sludge/mud/silt to distance n. exc 250 mtr from starting point and buried in pits by making necessary excavation for filling of sludge and covering by earth on top all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Sludge/mud/silt including water shall be measured before taking out from manholes ) Note: All T&P and pumping set shall be provided by the contractor.

M&L for cleaning of sewage pipe line 100 MM internal dia by roding from manhole to manhole flushing with water cleaning all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning of sewage pipe line 150MM internal dia by roding from manhole to manhole flushing with water cleaning all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning of sewage pipe line 200MM internal dia by roding from manhole to manhole flushing with water cleaning all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L removing of blockage from WC/floor trap/Nahani upto 1st manhole all as directed by Engineer –in-Charge NOTE:- contractor will depute 04 persons of Safaiwala's and will report to JE(civil) to note the complaint during working hours and complaint shell be rectified with in 24 hours than double the quoted rate will be recovered.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.50m in depth for foundation etc and getting out in Hard dense Soil complete all as specified.Note; Most of the Excavation will be done manually and no extra cost will be paid to contractor seperately for manual excavation. If any UG Cables, Pipes are damaged during excavation,entire cost for restoration will be borne by the contractor
