S&F in-repair of Sub-main Wiring with 2-Runs of Single Core 10.0 Sq mm PVC insulated FRLSH multi-stranded 1100 Volts grade with Copper Conductor drawn through and including PVC conduit (medium grade) ISI marked and its Accessories including 1-Run of Single Core 6.0 Sq mm PVC insulated FRLSH unsheated multi-stranded 1100 Volts grade with Copper Conductor Cable as Earth Continuty Conductor along with the Wiring and connected from DB to DB/Main Board, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- (a) Cost of PVC conduit (medium grade) with all Fittings/Accessories will deem to be included in the quoted UNIT RATE. (b) Cables as mentioned in SCHEDULE ‘A’ Items and 1-Run of PVC conduit with all Fittings/Accessories will be measured and paid as ONE UNIT. (c) Sub-main Wiring will be measured as length of PVC conduit only. Wire required for looping, etc as ordered will deem to be included in the quoted UNIT RATE.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to galvanized earth wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts nuts check nuts & washers of galvanized iron or steel , procteded by GI pipe 15 mm bore( light grade) and watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe (medium grade) and chamber and coping shall be in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone agg. 50 mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone agg. reinforced with 8 mm dia MS tor bar @ 80 mm c/c both ways including excvation and earth work and removal of surplus soil complete all as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR PT 1, 1991 with charcoal dust and salt complete and earth lead connected to earthing test point (up to main switches, DBs), including taking down existing old damaged earthing, complete all as specified & testing on completion. NOTE:- (i) Item includes the cost of 1.5 mtr length GI pipe for protection for GI earth wire. (ii) item rates includes the cost of 7.5 mtr GI earth wire.
