Operation,Routine and Breakdown maintenance of SCADA/ main distribution control panel consisting of the instruments with technical specifications detailed below: a. 160A, MCCB of 36KA breaking capacity of L&The make (01 No). b. PLC of Allen Bradley make with 09 Nos over load relays, contactors of MNX A2 type, MCBs of 6 A to 10A range for decanter unit. c. 100 Amp MCCB of L&The make with MNXA2 contactors, timer (GIC) and 125 Amp thermal overload relay for blower unit. d. MNX-9 and MNX-18 contactors, thermal overload relay of 32 A, single pole and 3 pole MCBs for raw sewage pumping units. e. MNX-12 contactors of L&The make, 6 A thermal over load relay anf single pole / 3 pole MCBs for excess sludge pumps. f. MNX-A2 contactors of L&The make , 32 A thermal overload relay and single pole / 3 pole for filter feed pumping unit.

Operation, Routine and breakdown maintenance of decanter assemblies, its prime movers and reduction gear boxes, installed within SBR tank of Crompton Greaves make by way of overhauling of decanters, gear boxes, prime movers and routine inspection during the contract period.

Operation, Routine and breakdown maintenance including changing of filter media of activated charcoal filter during the contract period. The routine maintenance includes regular inspection of valves, removal of blockades and breakdown maintenance includes replacement of damaged valves, damaged piping and all otherdamaged parts during the contract period.

Operation, Routine and breakdown maintenance including changing of filter media of pressure sand filter after disposing off the old filter media, replacement of damaged valves, removal of blockades if any during the contract period.

Operation, Routine and breakdown maintenance of delivery conductor , non return valves, coarse bar screens, fine bar screens, gantry over sump, providing of chain pulley block, trash guard within raw sewage sump during the contract period.

Operation, Routine and breakdown maintenance of 2 Cusec, sewage submersible pumps used for bypass arrangement for the STP by way of rewinding of motors, overhauling of pumps and regular inspection of the same during contract period.

Operation, Routine and breakdown maintenance of motor starters, 75/50 KVA Voltage stabilisers, control panel, service line and interconnection wiring of the bypass pumping equipment as and when need arises during the contract period.

Operation, Routine and breakdown maintenance of 63KVA Substation, CT-PT arrangement, service line by way of rewinding of the substation as and when need arises during the contract period.

Disilitation of raw sewage sump at least once every month during the contract period through manual labour and removal of blockades in the sewage network within premises of 01 MLD STP as and when need arises during the contract period.

Removal of wild grass/ ensuring cleaniness within premises of STP and providing and laying of sand filter media within drying beds during the contract period

Providing of Sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) for disinfection of treated sewage@ 5ltr/Day during the contract period.

Providing of manpower as detailed below for operation of 1 MLD STP during contract period. a. Site incharge-01 No(Diploma in mechanical /chemical engineering) Wages= Rs30000/ month. b. Chemist-01 No (BSC Chemistry) Wages= Rs 25000/ Month. c. Supervisor-01 No (ITI trained in mechanical trade) Wages = Rs 20000/ Month. d. Electrician-01 No (ITI in electric trade) Wages=Rs 20000/Month. e. Fitter-01 No (ITI trained) Wages=Rs 20000/ Month. f. Operators – 04 Nos Wages= Rs 12000/ Month g. Helper-02 Nos Wages= Rs 10000/ Month h. Chowkidars- 02 Nos Wages=10000/ Month
