Providing Bored Cast-in-situ_M-25_ grade R.C.C. pile in position as per specifications in all kinds of soil including cost of boring using drilling mud to stabilize the e and flushing the bore of excess mud with freshly prepared drilling fluid by using pumps prior to placing concrete by tremie pipe in one continuous operation and including the st of all materials and labour for placing of concrete and also including the cost of mobilization and hire charges of all equipment necessary for boring, welding of einforcement cage as necessary and lowering of reinforcement cage, preparation and placing of concrete, including the cost of concrete but excluding the cost of einforcement and labour for bending binding etc. complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications and removal of excavated earth with all lifts and lead upto 1000 m. ork to be executed as per IS: 2911 (Part II Sec 2). (a) Using hydraulic piling rig ii) Pile diameter - 600 mm.
Performing Lateral load test on two piles or two groups of piles by introducing a hydraulic jack with gauge between two piles or pile groups under test by applying horizontal oads in increments of about 20% of the estimated safe load at each stage and applying the next increment after the rate of displacement is nearer to 0.1 mm. per 30 minutes ill the total displacement becomes, 12 mm at the cutoff level including the cost of arranging the entire set-up, hire charges of all implements including at least two dial gauges, preparing the pile head if necessary, and removal of all arrangement after completion etc. complete in all respect including cost of carriage of all materials and as per S specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Performing Vertical load test on single Pile in accordance with IS:2911(Part-IV) by hydraulic jacks on pile/piles with 1.5 times the design load including preparation of the head f piles with concrete of required strength for receiving the jacks with all ancillary arrangements for setting up gauges, construction of suitable platforms, keeping the loads and dismantling and removing all arrangement etc. complete as per IS specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge ii) Testing load between 100 T and 150 T.

Providing and fixing exterior quality Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) wall cladding on existing Al. /MS frame work with GI brackets, ACP fixed on the existing frame work by folding the edges of ACP panel (Engraving the rear surface of ACP sheet) with CP angles, cleats and strainless Steel screws forming groves at the periphery of ACP panel. Such grooves filled with foam and silicon sealant etc. complete with all materials (but including the cost of silicon sealant), labour, scaffolding and all other incidental charges complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. Supplying, fitting and fixing PUF insulated sandwich roof panels of total thickness not less than 30 mm having pre-coated Galvanised sheet conforming to IS:14246-1995 of minimum thickness 0.5 mm for top & 0.4mm for bottom with minimum yield stress 550 MPa and Zinc coating of minimum 120 gsm as per IS: 277-1992 as skin on both side of PUR core (density 40 ± 2 kg/cum & self extinguishing) affixed to generate minimum adhesive strength (foam to steel) 2.9 kg/cm 2 and external face is made corrugated in shape for GI and PUR both material. The crest height of the panel shall be of 28 mm to 35 mm minimum with 200 to 250mm c/c pitch. SUB-HEAD 10: SITC of LT Panel Supply and installation of L.T. cubical type fully compartmentalized distribution panel board(Raw Normal Power), having rigid and self supporting structure fabricated with 14 SWG CRCA sheet with M.S. angle iron frame (main frame with 50 x 50 x 6 mm angle and each vertical compartment with 40 x 40x6 mm MS angle iron).The base of panel should be made with 75mm x 40mm x 4.4 mm M.S. channel. Interconnection :- All interconnection between incoming main to Busbar are to be made with suitable size electrolytic tinned Aluminium bars or equivalent flexible pvc insulated multistranded single core Al. cable and the same between busbar to all outgoing mains and also for metering arrangements are to be made by suitable size of Copper wire with proper socketing of the end of each wire leads.
Earthing with 65 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium)x 3.0 Mts. long and 1No. 50 mm x 6 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip(4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including finishing both ends by making holes etc. and S & F 65 mm dia GI pipe (ISI Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts [ G-1, 2d]
S&F 50 mm x 6 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip in excess of 4mt for each earthing. [N/S]
Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) Ci hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe [G-2, 3(a)]
Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 50 mm x 6 mm on as per GS ( for vertical run on cable duct & panel coneection) [G-2, 4c]

SUB-HEAD 12 -- Lightning Conductor S & F Lightning Conductor Air Terminal made of 20 mm dia 1000 mm long GI pipe (ISI Medium) having five discharge prongs of 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire at top duly soldered with 7/16 stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire and 85 mm dia 6 mm thick GI base plate at bottom incl. necessary holes etc. complete duly grouted on the parapet etc. in CC mortar ( 4:2:1), including thimble joints of 7/16 SWG wire and GI strip with SS nuts, bolts & washers.
