Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position complete. Sal wood including applying a coat of wood primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (Two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac).

Providing 40mmx5mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embeddings in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 mix (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Brick work with 2nd class bricks of class designation 75 in foundation, plinth & in superstructure in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand). All work upto floor V level. Nothing extra shall be paid.

10-15mm thick cement plaster 1:6 (1 cement; 6 coarse sand) in single coat on rough/fair side of single or half brick walls for interior/exterior plastering. All work upto floor V level.

Providing and laying 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) under flooring laid to required slope including necessary consolidation, finishing and tamping complete.

Providing and laying (8-10 mm thick) Double charged vitrified floor/wall tiles of size 600 x 600 mm with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622 of approved make (Somany / Johnson/Kajaria/RAK ) as approved by the engg-in-charge in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 Cement: 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with cement and matching pigments etc complete. The sample/shade of the tile will be approved by Engineer at site.

Providing and fixing powder coated 50 microns aluminum work (10 gauge) for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of sliding type windows of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, metered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. For frames and shutter of door windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/pivots, handles, tower bolts, eye hooks/window stays, including the cost of PVC/neoprene gasket 5mm glass panes/12mm laminated board on both sides, hydraulic door machine where ever required complete job as required. The Spacing of Vertical members not to exceed 4’-0”.

Providing & fixing ISI marked flush door shutters finishing with Sunmica 1 mm thick (Make Formica/Green/Bloom) on both sides of the door decorative type, core block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood & well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands & face veneers on both faces of shutters -35mm thick including S.Steel butt hinges with necessary screws. The colour of the mica shall be as approved by the engg-in-charge.

Providing and Laying Raj Nagar plain White Marble stone Flooring with 16 mm thick (av. Thickness) including moulding over a base of cement mortar 1:4 laid & jointed with cement slurry joints finished with white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, granite polishing to give high gloss finish complete. Nothing extra shall be paid on account of wastege. All works upto Floor V level.

Repair to Washed stone grit plaster in patches including cutting the old damaged grit plaster wherever required on exterior walls of height upto 10m above ground level in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 2kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement : 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chippings 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings, complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. inlcuding cost of providing grooves as per required pattern at site. P/fixing Almirah of Outer size 3'-0'' (L)x 1'-9'' (D)x 6'-0'' (H) made of 18mm thick waterproof ply (Green/Century) inclusive of shelves with 12mm thick waterproof ply (Green/century make) for shutters as well as back of the almirah. Provision for locker shall also be included in the almirah of standard size with 18mm waterproof ply of same make. 1mm thick coloured Sun Mica (green/Merino/Broom make) as per theapproval of engg-in-charge shall be fixed on all outer sides of the almirah except for back portion.1mm thick white coloured Sun Mica (green/Merino/Broom make) shall be fixed on all internal sides of the almirah including Locker portion.The almirah shall be fixed with required number of Good quality fixtures such as Ornamental Steel handles, Locking arrangements(Godrej make) as well as steel hanger pipe and steel supports 2" height at the bottom of the almirah.
