Providing and Constructing 230mm tk Fly ash brick wall, the fly ash Bricks shall be sound, hard, uniform in size, shape and colour, homogeneous in texture, giving metallic ringing sound, free from flaws, cracks holes, lumps or grit and should be square, straight and sharply defined. The crushing strength shall not be less than 35 Kg/sq.cm. It shall not break when struck against each other and dropped flat from 1 M height. Fly ash Bricks of approved quality, quantity and at desired time shall have to be procured by the contractor. No delay or extra cost due to non-availability or increased cost offlay ash bricks shall be accepted. fly ash Brick used for masonry in cement mortar shall be throughly soaked in clean water for atleast an hour immediately before use. Fly ash Bricks shall be laid in English bond. Half Bricks or cut Bricks shall not be used except for closers which may be required to complete the bond. It shall be ensured that all horizontal & vertical joints are completely filled with mortar without any voids in brickwork. Brickwork shall be raised truly plumb. Vertical joints shall be truly vertical, and those in alternate course shall be in the same vertical line. The thickness of brick course shall be uniform. The face joints shall be racked to a minimum depth of 15mm by racking tools during the progress of the work while the mortar is still green, so as to provide proper key for the plaster. The face of brickwork shall be cleared on the same day it is laid and all mortar droppings removed. Masonry in cement mortar shall be kept constantly moist on all the faces for a minimum period of seven days. Brick work shall not to be raised up to beam bottom but a gap of 1" to be left between beam soffit & final layer of brickwork which is to be filled with lean concrete using 6mm chips using water proof bonding agents.

Vertical joints shall be truly vertical, and those in alternate course shall be in the same vertical line. The thickness of block course shall be uniform. The face joints shall be racked to a minimum depth of 15mm by racking tools during the progress of the work while the mortar is still green, so as to provide proper key for the plaster. Providing and laying brick jelly concrete of specified thickness to all identified locations such as all Toilet sunken areas (Common area, Admin area, New proposed toilet) 1:4 :8 of using m sand, 40mm and down size brick jelly including sub grade preparation, levelling, all leads and lifts, required finishing at the top surface, curing etc. the works shall be complete as per specification.

Painting / wall finish

Providing & applying Ceiling Plastic emulsion paint "Tractor" of Asian Paints or approved equivalent, of required shade, on Existing & new work including the preparation of surface for painting, applying primer and two coats of Acrylic emulsion paint, providing scaffolding, etc., all complete.

Providing & applying Internal walls Acrylic emulsion paint "Tractor" of Asian Paints or approved equivalent, of required shade, on Existing & new work including the preparation of surface for painting, applying 2 coat putty, primer and two coats of Acrylic emulsion paint, providing scaffolding, etc., all complete.

Providing and Applying one coat of primer and 2 coats of Apcolite enamel paint with putty for wood door frames only with approved colour and shade including surface preparation, scrubbing ,cost of glue colouring pigments, brushes, scaffolding staging etc., complete in accordance to specifications & relevant drawings. The rate shall include for finishing the painting to obtain an even and uniform shade as directed by the Engineer In charge.

JOINERY / PARTITIONS

Supplying, making and fixing in position first class country hard wood frames of size 100 x 62.5 mm or any other size of equivalent section, shaped, plained and fixed with necessary joining's as approved including pins, nails, screws and bolts as per drawing, using countrywood conforming to specification. Rate shall include for cost of bolts nuts, screws, nails, pins, MS approved hold fast and concrete grouting for fixing hold fast, anchor fasteners, antitermite treatment and fixing of 32mm thick phenol formaldehyde Waterproof grade laminated moulded flush door shutter including single shutter or double shutter including supply and fixing of brass oxidised fixtures and fittings such as mortise lock, tower bolts, handles, butt hinges, aldrops etc. of approved make etc., complete as directed (in all floors) Rates include door closer.

V.ELECTRICAL ARRANGEMENTS

LT PANELS (COMMON SPECIFICATION)

Enclosure

The panel shall be front operated floor mounted , totally enclosed, compartmentalized, vermin proof, indoor, cubicle type power panel.

For load bearing members- 14 SWG CRCA sheet.

Internal partition & doors - 16 SWG CRCA sheet .

The panel shall be fully powder coated after seven tank treatment. Colour of the panel shall be as per approval.

Each door shall be casketed using nitrile rubber and hinged on each cubicle with insulated door knob.

Danger sign board, earthing bus and lugs, cable chamber, bus bar chamber with air vent with insect proof, aluminum anodized name plates

Gland plate of all panels shall made out of 3mm thick aluminum sheet.

Panel shall have one empty chambers and bus bar expanding provision for future.

Cable chamber entry shall be provided at the top and bottom.

Bus bar

Horizontal & vertical bus bars shall be electrolytic copper/aluminium sleeved as mentioned in line item.

Aluminium bus size shall be rated based on 0.7A/sq.mm.

Copper bus size shall be rated based on 1.2A/sq.mm.

Neutral bus shall be of same size of the phase bus except UPS outgoing panel where it shall be double the size of phase bus.

Provision for extension shall be given in the bus bars. Necessary holes shall be made in the panel.

Bimetallic lugs to be used wherever necessary

Interconnectivity of MCCB/MCB and bus bar shall be of FRLS wires up to 63A and through BUS bar for above rated feeders.

All Bus thickness shall not be more than 8mm.

All breakers would be Microprocessor type based protection.

Panel shall be manufactured by fabricators holding valid CPRI test certificate.

Vendor shall scrutinize the GA drawings of all panels against the BOQ, SLD, Electrical room foot print etc.

Consultant will only counter sign the same before production. If any deviation is found during inspection, vendor shall take responsibility

to do the correction without any additional cost.

Additional MS base frame shall be provided without any additional cost if site demands for the same.

MAIN POWER PANEL

Incomer: 400A 4P ATyS with controller + 400A TP+NL 36kA MCCB with variable SC / OL settings + (Class B+C ) with

fault level of 50KA type surge suppressors-2No with 50KA MPCB control. The same shall be supplied with

shunt trip (220 V AC). two sets of indication lamps (R,Y,B,ON,OFF,TRIP), one for each incomer to be provided.

double door type, IP 42 powder coated DB comprising of "C" curve MCB's for lighting , power and "D" curve for UPS.

Rate shall remain same for surface fixing, concealing, angle iron mounting including framework cost, on interior

partitions etc. Rate shall be inclusive of adopter boxes, junction boxes for termination near DB, dressing &

concealing of wires in raceways, covered trays etc. The entire wiring shall be dressed neatly without any phase

crossing and taken in separate conduits dedicated for that particular phase. The circuits shall be ferruled,

TERMINATION

Supply & terminating the ends of cables of following sizes using single / double compression cable glands, crimping type

to be used as applicable at site. Each cable shall be identified with cable tags above the panel / DB. Cable shall be properly dressed before termination

and bent at an angle of 15 times the radius of the cable. No extra holes shall be made on top of panel and if any made shall be sealed properly.

The final tightness at every terminal shall be done with a torque wrench and tightened up to the recommended level. Flexible wires for

power shall be glanded with cast aluminium glands and earthed properly. Flexible wires for earthings may glanded with PG glands.

Upto 35 Sqmm of flexible cables can be grouped and glanded using suitable size of single cast aluminium gland. Above 35 sqmm of flexible

cables shall be individually glanded using cast aluminium glands.

LIGHT FIXTURES

Installation, testing and commissioning of following light fixtures with all support accessories as required at site. Vendor shall provide lux

level report before and after installation of light fixtures for approval. Approval of color temperature shall be taken from architect before production.

EARTHING

Common Note:

All earthing cables/wires pvc outer sheath should be having of green color only. Below 25 Sq.mm cable shall be FRLS and above 25 Sq.mm cable shall

be FR. All single core flexible cables for earthing shall be laid in FRLS PVC conduit only. Rates shall be inclusive of terminations using suitable lugs, PVC

glands, PVC conduits etc. Rates shall be same for all types of laying.

Earth flats shall be laid on trays before laying the cables, inspected for quality of joints and reported. Copper or aluminium earth flats shall be overlapped

by double the length of it's width at the welded joints. Rate shall be inclusive for welding, slag removing, painting with aluminium paint and connecting at

the panel end using suitable bolt & nuts, washers etc. Rate shall be same for laying in trenches, clamping on wall and laying on trays. When laid on trays,

all earth flats shall be bolted with tray at 3mtrs interval using suitable bolt nut & washers. Copper flats shall be exothermically welded at the joints.

RACEWAYS

Supply and Laying of 100 x 45mm Aluminium truncking box of 1.6mm thick and should be earthed with 14 SWG bare copper wire and bond firmly to the

junction box with hardware as required. Areas where the hollow portion of two raceway meets, both ends have to be connected with 14 SWG earth wire

to maintain continuity. Intersecting points also to be connected through junction boxes.

Same as above but 100 x 25 mm Aluminium raceway .

Necessary cutting chipping works for laying the above raceway including closing the same with strong plastering work. Places where 3 or more

raceways are laid they shall be bound firmly with chicken mesh & masonry work done before making the floor strong, smooth finish & in level with the

level. Charges to be inclusive of disposing broken rubble as instructed.

Supply and Installation of GI Junction box of following sizes with removable 3mm thick stainless steel cover having openings on all 4 sides to lead wires out to the sockets. The trunking box shall be earthed with 14 SWG bare copper and connected to the raceway. Gap between screeded floor and junction box shall be bridged with wooden members on the sides and raised to match floor level. Long screws/ bolts to be used to cover the junction box as required. Rate to be inclusive of PVC conduits & bends from furniture up to junction box.

15 KVA CONVENTIONAL UPS

15KVA UPS System with built-in anti-harmonic filter, 3ph/3ph, (internal cabling if any) for reducing input current to < 5% and improve PF to 0.95 with IGBT @input & IGBT @ output.

Note: UPS shall be provided with MS base frame painted as per the standards and the cost for the same shall be included in the quoted rate for the UPS system. Base frame shall be designed and provided for the battery rack so that there is no point load on the floor and the load is properly distributed Separate cost not to be paid for extra spread of MS.

SMFM VRLA Battery Bank suitable for 15minutes back up at full load.

Battery sizing calculations shall be provided. Cost shall include for all

internal battery connections. Battery sizing shall be at 100% load (15kVA)

with 0.9 power factor. Battery room will be maintained at 25 deg C.

Battery rating should consider this aspect.

Battery Breaker sets with MS powder coated enclosure complete with all

fixing arrangements. Note.

MS painted stand with base frame for even distribution of load of the

battery banks. Height of the stand shall be 2100mm. Battery loading

height shall be restricted to 1800mm. Base frame shall be designed and

provided for the battery rack so that there is no point load on the floor and

the load is properly distributed. Separate cost not to be paid for extra spread of MS.

Uninyvin type Battery cable from UPS to battery. Size of battery cable

calculation to be provided. Length to be computed by vendor as per

TESTS

The following tests to be carried out in the UPS at site.
