(ii) Servicing of DG set alongwith connected alternator RA attached and control panel including 'A' check of the Engine shall be carried out at regular intervels as per manufacturers instuctions & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and the contractor shall carry out periodical inspections during the maintenenace period and he shall be responsible for the smooth functioning of the DG set during entire contract period. (iii) The Spare parts required for replacement during the maintenance/ servicing the same shall be measured and paid separately at supply only rates here-in below and the cost of labour for fixing these spares shall be deemed to be inluded in the rate quoted for the respective items. (iv) Cost of all consumablessuch as cotton , grease , lubricants etc required during the maintenance period shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item. (v) The contractor shall also attend to the breakdown calls and depute necessary technician for repair/maintenence works as and when required with out delay during the maint period. (vi) List of checks to be carriedout under 'A' check is attached as Appendix 'A' to the Particular specifications.

(ii) Spare parts, filter elements, engine oil, distilled water and radiator coolant liquid required for replacement during the maintenance period shall be measured and paid seperately at supply only rates and cost of labour for fixing these spares/filling of oils shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item. Repairs to leakage with antitoxic chamical solvent to stop water leakage ( of approval company i.e pidilite after removing by mechanically scarifying the the surface for receiving the epoxy.
