| 1M&L for cleaning of RCC Under Ground Sump/OHT of different capacity by 6 stage mechanized cleaning system, with imported machines, complete with the follwing process :- Preliminary Step : Cleaning the surrounding area of the sump /Tank with high pressure jet to remove dirts, algaes, muds etc. Stage - 1(Mechanized Dewatering) Pumping out the water stored inside the sump / tank to a considerable level by using special type dewatering pump. Stage - 2 (Sludge Removal) Sucking & removal of residual water and sludge, which has settled on the floor of the sump / tank, with the help of special type high power sludge pumping equipments. Stage - 3 (High Pressure Cleaning) Thoroughly cleaning of the walls / ceillings of the tank by using high pressure jet cleaners to remove the algaes / contaminants cling on the internal surfaces of the tank which helps the growth of microbiological contamination. Stage - 4 (Vacuum Cleaning) Removing of sludge, already deposited between rough surfaces of walls / ceilling / floor of the tank, with high power industrial vacuum cleaner machine, to make the tank absolutely speck free, Stage - 5 (Anti-bacterial Spray) Spraying of anti-bacterial agent to all the walls,ceilling,floor of the tank, for necessary anti-bacterial treatment, with high pressure spray machine, to make the tank totally bacteria free. Stage - 6 (Ultra Violet Radiation) Sterilisation and disinfection of the tank by using specially designed UV radiator machine to kill any suspended / floating bacteria, if any, present inside the tank. NOTE:- (a)The Sump/tank shall be cleaned by the authorised agent of M/s Tank klean/ M/s Fast Clean/ M/s MSTC/M/s RAY's Clean Tech/M/s Safe Riders Services as approved by GE. (b) Swab test shall be carried out for the UG and OH RCC tank before the cleaning of the tank and after cleaning of the tank. (Test report to be submitted to the Engr-in-charge for records) This process shall be applied on the following RCC UG Sumps/Tanks :- | |||||

| 5 | M&L for collecting the sample of water of required quantity in bottle/kit from different point submitted duly lebelled the source through Engineer-in-charge for forwarding to the test house and testing of water for iron, PH value, Hardness, trubidity, chloride, fluoride ,aresenic test and submitting the test report in triplicate done from NABL & ISO 17025 accredited laboratory/National test House/Govt approved laboratory and submitting the deatiled reports to Engineer-in-charge complete all as specified and as directed.
