Material & labour for rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting with power roller exc 8 tonne & n.exc 10 tonne.

Material & labour for laying and compacting 150mm thick (compacted thickness) Granular Sub Base Course (GSB) grading II grading as per table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013, in a single layer over compacted subgrade with natural sand , crushed gravel , crushed stone , crushed slag or cmbined thereof as per the grading required. The materials are mechanically mixed, spread and leveling on the subgrade by using vibratory roller of capacity 80-100 KN static weight for achieving required compaction density of atleast 98% of the Maximum Dry Density. Consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed with finished surface tolerances as per Table 900-1 MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works, 2013.

Material & labour for laying and compacting 150mm thick (compacted thickness) Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) laid in two layers of 75mm each grading as per table 400-13 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013 manufactured in WMM plant , material comprising of clean , crushed, graded aggregate and granular material premixed with water to a dense mass, spreading with sensor paver and rolling with vibratory roller of capcity 80-100KN static weight and consolidating to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed . The finished surface tolerances to be as per Table 900-1 of MoRTH specifications for Road and Bridge works 2013.

Material & labour for preparing surfaces of unsurfaced WMM by burshing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.

Material & labour for applying evenly a primer coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 confirming to IS : 8887 at a rate of application of 0.7-1 kg/sqm on surface of WMM VG-10 Grade as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013 using mechanical sprayer complete as specified and directed.

Material & labour for providing and consolidating 50mm thick premix Bituminous Macadam (BM Grading-II) using 4.5 % VG-20 grade binder by weight of total mix, aggregate gradation as per Grading 2 of Table 500-10 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, by using mechanical paver rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for applying evenly a tack coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion (RS-1) confirming to IS : 8887 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 kg/sqm VG-10 Grade on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013 sprayer after cleaning of existing surfaces as specified and directed.

M & L for providing bituminous pre-mixed semi dense asphaltic concrete (mixed at hot mix plant), 40mm consolidated thickness using paving bitumen (VG-30 grade) of stone chippings mixed with 5.5% of binder contents by weight of total mixed, transported to site on tippers and spread uniformly by means of mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete .

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc .

S & F metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300mm) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F convex mirror round in shape of size 1000 mm dia with stainless steel post and PVC beading of suitable height embedded to earth by making a hole of size 600 x 600 x 600 mm and filled by PCC B1 1:2:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F yellow and black plastic speed bump made up of ABS materials, to highly reflective moulded in EMMA material welded with ABS base plate through ultrasonic welding processess of size 350 mm length and width of 263 mm with working width of 250 mm, height 53 mm and weight appx 1200 gram, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

S & F high intensity reflective sign boards made of hardened ACP sheet 4 mm thick POP is revited to sheet frame of square or rectangular or triangular shape tube. Sign board should be reflective with wide HIP sheet and overlay film of white/Red/Yellow colour with computer cut letters of size between 6 cm to 15 cm in Aerial font on both side sheet, sign and border all as specified and directed. (Note :- Stainless steel frame shall be measured and paid separately and font size/design as per direction of Engr-in-charge).

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu.m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, in soft/loose soil.

M&L for PCC in foundations, filling and mass concrete in 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified.

Material & Labour for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement.

M & L for plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment Fe 410 -W (Gde- E- 250) quality- A.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base.

M & L for providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed.
