Repairs to pot holes of depth not exceeding 30mm and area not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surface in roads path etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth makinggood by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings). depth of potholes exc 30 mm using paving bitumen all as specified and as directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area n exc 400 sqm n exc 50 mm deep all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft /disintegrated rock all as specified and as directed.

Rolling with 8-12 Tonne Power roller and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Water Bound Macadam 15 cm thick in two layer of 7.5cm thick (compacted thickness), with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient with granite ,trap or basalt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Water Bound Macadam 75 mm thick (compacted thickness), with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (50 to 20mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient with granite ,trap or basalt etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing surface (Un surfaced water bound macadam)by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with broom and finally fanning the clean surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dust complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing existing old black top road surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with broom and finally fanning the clean surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dust complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq metre with paving bituman to WBM surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer 5 Kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen on existing black top surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for semi dense bituminous concrete carpet 40 mm thick (consolidated thickness) using graded crushed stone chipping as specified and paving bitumen binder with 5.5 % by weight of total mix (The exact quantity of binder shall be determinated by design mix by marshal method) including loading of aggregate in hot mix plant 20 to 40 TPH transporting the mixed material with tipper and laying with mechanical paver 30 to 40 TPH to the required level and gradient rolling with power roller as specified and compacted to required camber and gradient etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying 2.5 mm thick hot applied thermo plastic compound including reflector rising glass beads @ 250 gm per sqm area as per IRC 35 including levelling to uniform surface free from streaks and holes etc complete all as specified and as directed as per MORTH specification 803

S&F dual directional reflective cat eye with two stand of impact resistant plastic 100x80x15mm ultra violet resistant yellow colour having micro prismatic/cube corner reflectors suitable for fixing with 2 steel zinc plated 12 x 120 mm nails + epoxy/ bitumen adhesive complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs of all directional round reflector delineator made out of 16 gauge MS pipe of outer dia 47 mm and of length 600 mm. Pipe stove enamelled and baked to 1200C or powder coated. Head made out of ABS plastic round moulded provided with High Intensity Beaded (encapsulated) Reflectors of colour (white/yellow/red) of band length 240 mm with additional 2 reflective strips of 25 mm wide embedded in position including excavation and in PCC 1:3:6 filling complete all as specified and as directed. Make : CAT PART No. OS-799 of OSCAR SAFTY SOLUTIONS or equivalent as approved by GE.

Material and labour for ABS speed breaker/Rubber as per manufacturers instructions Model No.length 500mm,width 380mm,height 50mm all as specified and directed. Make: Cat part : OSCAR SAFTY SOLUTIONS ( OS794) or equivalent as approved by GE.

S&F 600mm dia convex mirror with 50mm dia MS Pipe post (1.5m above GL ) including excavation of post hole and PCC 1:3:6 in foundation complete all as specified and as directed.
