Dismantling of exisiting old padding concrete of any thickness over the RCC slab other than beams, chajjas, staircase etc by chipping of with proper tools viz chiesel and with applying reasonable force so as to avoid any damages to exiting RCC roof slab, Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down and refixing in same position Shutters of any description exceeding 1 sqm but not exceeding 2sqm each, including easing and repair works , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix 1.80M with 4 pipes pully operated clothes drying system consisiting of anodized aluminium pipes each of outer dia 22mm and inner dia 19.8mm. Pulleys madeup of Delrin with rope guide mounted on channel pair of length 24 inches (distance between 2 pipes is adjustable), locking system to hide rope knot channel to be mounted or fixed with self-tapping screws provided in kit, rope will be polyster braided undyed of 3.5+/0.5mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair stainless steel plate rack of size 600mm x 750mm made out of 1mm thick stainless steel sheet of grade 304 fixed all as per manufacturers instructions, Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
