Removing of side / roof polycarbonate sheet of all thickness up to a height 2.5 mt side height and 3 mt central height , removing polycarbonate sheet by removing the self-threaded screws without damaging the main GI pipe structure and aluminium profiles to be safely removed and stacked with in 50 mts lead and unserviceable materials to be handed over

For front and side walls : Providing and fixing 06 mm thick UV Stabilized multiple wall Poly Carbonate Sheet (GE Lexan / Sunlite / Tufflite / Juli or equivalent ) of approved quality with all necessary overlaps, silicon joint sealants, fixtures, anodized bolts, nuts, washers , heavy stainless self-threading screws etc complete as per directions. Note: (old profiles to be reused)

Supplying and fixing of 1 mm thick aluminium sheet trapezoidal shape gutter including aligning to proper slope removing the existing alumnium profile and gripper and refixing the same including providing necessary over lap to gutter

Supplying and fixing rubber to the available profile as approved sample

Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded perforated bricks of class designation 12.5 conforming to IS: 2222 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) With F.P.S.(non modular) bricks

Providing Cement plaster 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) 12 mm cement plaster for roofs

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface Water thinnable cement primer

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm).

Providing and constructing concrete block masonry using 150x200x400 mm solid core compact concrete block (Grade C - 50Kg/Cm2) in CM 1:6 including all ,curing, etc. complete for plint protection

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources For plinth protection
