Taking down carefully loose and broken concrete by chiselling/picking etc upto a depth of 20 to 40mm from wall, ceiling, columns, beams,roof and similar structural members cutting edges cleaning the dismantled portion with wire brushes etc. with removal of debries including necessary scaffolding etc. as required, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying one coat of anti corrosive primer @0.25 Ltr/Sqm to exposed surfaces of old and new reinforcement to the full circumfrance and length of bars to form unbroken 40 Micron thick film as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for non shrink, cementitious micro concrete mixed with 12.5mm graded stone aggregate by weight as per manufacturer's instruction laid in average thickness 80 to 100 mm in surfaces of columns, beams and similar structural members including use of water tight form work to facilitate pouring of micro concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frame with shutters [without taking off shutter from the frame] not exceeding 1.5 Sq.m each and removing to store complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Floor, Hearth or Wall Tiling including cement mortar bedding [but not backing] and removing serviceable tiles to the stores and removing rubbish / debris of the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified coloured ceramic tiles 10 mm thick ( Square / rectangular) area of each tiles not exc 0.36 Sqm as in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white/coloured cement to match layed over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:6) all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30cm x 25 mm thick, set and jointed neat cement slurry and pointed with coloured or grey cement match with pigment, over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cm 1:6 etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Install, testing of modular, circular bolted panel Zinc alum steel water tank of net capacity 25 KL of standard nearest size available, dia 2.46 m, height 2.03 m approx to store potable water with 150 mm free board from top and 150 mm dead water level from bottom. The outer shell shall be made of colour Bond Zincallume alloy coated, composition of coating shall be Al - 55%, Zinc- 42.5% and Si- 2.5%, High tensile steel sheet shall be made up of not less than 0.8 mm as per manufacturer recommendations for tank body. The roof of tank shall be made up of colour bonded Zinc allume alloy coated with High tensile steel sheet duly supported by hot dipped galvanised metal tube trusses fully welded, length of roof sheet used shall be such that minimum number of end laps for entire roof are used, where ever required the end lap shall not be less than 300mm and center of over lap shall be at truss center line, Roof sheet thickness shall not be less than 0.47 mm with Grade G550.

The load bearing capacity of roof shall be 100Kg/sqm .Tank liner shall be of 800 GSM, S10EN B 7631 or equivalent, minimum breaking strength / 2500 N / 5 cm WARP, 2000 N / 5 cm weft, tear strength warp 270 N/ 5 cm, weft 270 N/ 5 cm. Adhesion 90 N / 5 cm, temp resistance – 30° C to 70° C. The liner shall be adequately protected using 4 mm thick geo textile material at the bottom and at a critical points. Returning filling in using excavated soil including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cms all as specified and directed

Removal of surplus soil n.exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtrs above the starting point all as specified and directed
