Procurement of Automotive Lubricants & Coolant for Leyland BS-VI vehicles.

If the supply and quality performances are not satisfactory in respect of previous supplies/ past supplies, the offer of such firms will be disqualified

The bidders shall be the Original Equipment Manufacturers OR Manufacturers whose products are approved by the OEMs to use for BS-VI Ashok Leyland Vehicles. (The manufacturers should produce the extract of operating manual (Published by OEM) indicating (grade) name of the offered products and drain period duly self-certified by the manufacturer or approval Certificate/Service Bulletin/Service Circular of Original Equipment Manufacturers as proof of approval. These documents submitted by the manufacturers will be got verified from the respective OEMs) OR For the Leyland BS-VI vehicles, IOCL and Gulf Oil Lubricants India Limited are approved by the OEM. The other suppliers have to produce the extract of operating manual (Published by OEM) indicating (grade) name of the offered products and drain period duly self-certified by the manufacturer or approval certificate/Service Bulletin/Service Circular of Original Equipment Manufacturers as proof of approval as detailed in Annexure-B.

The bidder shall submit the duly filled out, sealed and signed Annexure-A, Annexure-A1, Additional Format, Environment Safety Data Sheet and Environmental Management System Checklist.

The bidder shall submit the duly filled out, sealed and signed Declaration-I, Declaration-II (Optional) and Declaration-III as per the formats on Govt. stamp paper of Rs. 20.00 or above.
