Supply, erecting, testing and commissioning of static silent (Sound proof acoustic enclosure meeting CPCB Norms) type Diesel Engine Driven Generating Set capable of delivering 75 KVA (60 KW at 0.8 Power Factor), Water coolant cooled, 415 volts, (AC three phase 4 wire system of supply) 50HZ at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG set shall consist of diesel engine coupled to a matching alternator through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel standarised by manufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrangement and inlet, outlet return inlet arrangement, exhaust pipe complete and suitable for condition at Delhi (Capacity of Engine, alternator shall be worked out taking all derating factors into consideration) including PCC foundation all arround ease movement and antivibration pads including all the feature comply with latest CPCB guidelines including Acoustic enclosure with the following :-

(i) Engine (Prime Mover) Diesel Engine 1500 RPM, diesel engine, multi cylinders, four stroke confirming to ISO 3046/BS 5514 water cooled natureally turbo charged, capable of giving adequated BHP to drive alternator capable of delivering 60 KW (75 KVA) at outdoor atmospheric condition , 415 volts ( as per manufacturer recommendation complete with fly wheel all standard fitting fixture and including suitable panel with techometer, lub oil, temperatur,pressure gauge and frequency meter and also including self starter with electronic governor and engine protection system ( shut down, high water temperature, low lub oil, oil pressure, over speed etc) fuel tank and first fill of lub oil and other consumable etc and self starting system including battery etc complete. (ii) Alternator : Brushless AC 3 phase, 415 volts, 4 wire, rated output of 75 KVA/ 60KW, minimum power factor 0.8, 1500 RPM, IP 23 protection class enclosure, insulation class 'H' silent pole revolving field automatic voltage regulator, coupled through flexible coupling with to match above engine. (iii) Base frame made of structural steel as per manufacturer recommended design/specification. (iv) Necessary PCC foundation as per manufacturers specification shall be included in item rates.

Fabrication, installing and commissioning AMF panel cubical indoor type made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet for door and covers and sheet shrouds and partitions shall be minimum 1.6 mm dust and vermin proof, front opening (double shutter) with locking arrangement for operation of DG sets having provision of three 03 Nos incoming (DG 1, DG 2 & commercial) and out going one as load for AF NET eqpt suitable for DG set 75 KVA silent type complete with relays, timers, set of CTs for metering and protections and energy analyser to indicate current, phase and line voltage, frequency power factor, KWH, KVARH and provision for overload, short circuit, restricted earth fault, under frequency , control cabling from AMF panel to DG sets and elsewhere, if required, all complete and inter locking including following :-

Note :- The rates quoted by the contactor shall include cost of any other spare parts/relay/timer and not mentioned herein but essentially required for functioning of the system. No extra payments will be made for the same.

Supply and fix ON LOAD change over switch 415V in sheet metal enclosures 4 pole of capacity 400 Amps including grouting anchor fastner and making necessary connection all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing cable XLPE insulated IS: 7098 (Part-I)-1988 marked, screened, PVC sheathed, armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminum conductor for working voltage upto and including 1100 Volts, cross sectional area of cable 120 sq mm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ fixed on pole/ wall / passed through pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m depth for foundation etc or shaft/wells/cesspits or pipe cables etc n exc 10 sq mtr on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed

Returning ,fitting in, incl.spreading ,leveling,watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated material to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for sand cushioning with a layer of sand 80 mm thick before laying of cables and 150 mm thick after laying of cables in trenches, or in Existing duct as directed for electric cables for protection incl.consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M/L for brick protection with sub class B bricks,laid dry flat over electric cables in trenches complete all as specified and directed,

S&F GI tube light grade 80 mm dia with all fitting laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installand commissioning of maintenance free chemical earthing system conforming to IS-3043 using copper pipe outer dia 77mm, 3000 mm long, pipe thickness 3.6 mm filled with carbon compound with copper strip of size 50mmx6mm, 3000mm long with copper test certificate 99.99%. The ground enhancing compound made of marconite or equivalent conductive aggregate (consist of Marconite resin based cements, adhesive and gypsum plasters shall not be less than 45 Kg. The electrode shall be provided on its top with a earth termination clamp made out of electrolytic grade copper for connecting earthing continuity conductor with copper strip. PCC chamber of size 300x300x300mm with cover shall be provided on the top of the earth system on 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6 bed concrete. The chamber shall be burried in ground with top edge projecting upto 75mm from ground surface complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The quoted rate shall include cost of copper strip 50mmx6mm upto 7.5 mtr length and bore in hard/disintegrated rock. (ii) The earth resistance shall not be more than 01 ohm. The contractor shall give a written guarantee for maintaining earth resistance of less than 1 ohm for a period of 5 years from the certified date of completion. (iii) The short time and peak with standing current for 1 second should be 25KA and 52.5KA respectively. In this regard CPR/ERDA/NABL approved Lab test report is mandatory of marconite or equivalent conductive aggregate. (iv) The size of bore should not be less than 150 dia. Make : SN Engineering or equivalent from marconite conductive aggregate.
