Supply, Errection, Testing and commissioning of Electro - Mechanical equipments & accessories for water treatement plant of cap 30 KLD WTP including provsion of following equipments & accessories for WTP as details appended below :-

(a) Aeration Cascade FRP moulded to aerate the incoming water and integrating the existing raw water line to aeration cascade - 01 No. (b) Flash mixing Tank of capacity 0.30 M3 made of MS-FRP complete with support legs and nozzles - 01 No. (c) Flash Mixer comprising of Axial flow propeller desing agitor complete with speed reducer (Reduction Gear ratio 1 : 15 - 01 No), Drive moter (3 phase induction moter) of capacity 0.5 HP -02 Nos Impeller and shaft made in stainless steel & Base frame. - 01 No. (d) Coagulant (Alum) Dosing tank of capacity 500 litres made in MS- FRP with an Axial flow agitator complete coupled with speed reducer (Reduction Gear ration 1 : 15), Drive motor (3 phase Induction motor) of capacity 0.5 HP -1 No with drive & base frame -01 No. (e) A Lamella Clarifier made of MEP complete with cherevan shaped setteler Media in PVC, Suppor legs & accessories. 01 No.

(f) Filter Feed pump sets of capacity 3 M3 (Pumpset of capacity - 2 HP, 50 LPS discharge head suitable for design of filtration plant in cast iron construction complete with motor bae frame & other associated acessories. - 02 Nos. (g) Pressure sand filter of feed cap 2 M3 / Hr in MS Epoxy complete with filter media, frontal pipe work & set of control valver 07 No and pressure gauges. - 01 No. (h) Micron Bag filter of Feed cap 2 M3 / Hr in PVC complete with washable filter bag. - 01 No (j) Rotameter type rate of flow meter in plastic construction Range 0-5 M3 / Hr -01 No. (k) Water Meter - 01 No. (l) Process pipe Lines & Fittings as desing requirement - (GI/UPVC) -01 Lot. (m) Process and allied valves made of CS/CI/UPVC as per desing requirement - 01 Lot. (n) Electric Control panel- 01 No (MCC panel for additional drives complete with stranded accessories as per site requirement and design to run and operate the filtration plant by providing standby & spare equipments and accessories as and where applicable and required as per designg. (o) Electric cables - 01 Lot as per load calculation with proper lugs and cable trays and laying in ground as per IS. (p) Existing Raw water transfer pump - 02 Nos will integrated to the proposed system. (q) Chlorination Arrangement - 02 Set, Existing chlorination plant will be used and integrated with system.

1. The WTP has ben designed to treat a max total flow of 30 M /day. 2. Treated water shall meet the following Sl No Parameter Desired max values of (a) Flow 30M / Day (b) PH 7.0-7.5 (c) Suspended solids <5 Mg/L (d) BOD Nil (e) COD Nil (f) Oil & Grease Nil (g) TDS <200 Mg/L 3. After succesful commissioning of filtration plant the entire treatment plant shall be tested for one month for smooth operation any dicrepencies found to be rectified by the contrator without claimng extra cost from the department.

M/L Plain cement concrete as in foundation (1:3:6), Type C2, complete all as specified and directed.

Use and wast of formwork to sides of concrete Rough finished surfaces of concrete in foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical flate surfaces or to batter all as specified

Use and wast of formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter Rough finished in flat surfaces of concrete complete.

Use and wast of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete.

Use and wast of formwork to edges of concrete flats treads, breaks in floor, window cells, concrete railings opening in concrete wall floor and roof nexc 20cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC band in walls, horizontal or sloping & similar work exc 5cm but N.exc 10cm wide complete.

Use and wast of formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunching, girdes, bressum-mess, lintels cantilevers, shelves including supports, over hand etc also splays between floors & beam etc.complete.

M & L for Reinforced cement concrete M-30 (design mix) as in in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete.

M & L for Reinforced cement concrete M-30 (design mix) as in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses complete.

M & L for Reinforced cement concrete M-30 (design mix) as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors,roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete.

M & L for Reinforced cement concrete M-25 (design mix ) as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for cols, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for stirrups, spacersand binders, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning and filling in, including spreading, levelling watering & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/disintegrated rock complete.

Removing surplus excavated material earth to a distance exc. 250m and not exeeding 500 m depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete.

M & L Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface comleted all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection complete all as per directed

M&L for 10mm thick rendering cement plaster of fair fces of brick work or concrete surface of wall , slab in cement mortor 1:3 and surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply Liquid water proofing compound as per sample all as specificed and as directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete.

S&F 1.25mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, ncluding bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces exc 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plaster of wall and applying two coats of weather proof water base emulsion panint over a coat of primer of same make on wall complete all as specified and directed. (Make :Shalimar, Asian-ACE/Burger wal masta)
