Dismantling of insulators from poles of any descriptions and any size, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Over head aluminium conductor steel reinforced conductors, complete all as specifed and directed.

Dismantling of cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing unserviceable poles of any formation and any size, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide & not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc laying/ removing of pipes and cables etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick in layers, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point in soil of excavation, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning in trenches for cushioning of underground cable including spreading, levelling, well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in thickness, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Punned thickness shall be maesured and paid.

Supplying and laying factory made (Make as approved by the GE) pre cast unreinforced concrete cable cover of class HV, type-1, flat, size 300mmx180mmx40mm for cable protection in trenches, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables (heavy duty) with standard aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade (Eartherd) of size 95 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation and earth work, sand cushing, protection covers, protection pipes and jointing kits including jointing meterials shall be measured and paid for seperately.

M&L for 11 KV (Earthed) grade Ariel Bunched Cable 95 Sqmm with 3 (three) power cores, stranded, compacted circular aluminium conductor, natural coloured XLPE insulated core screened with black extruded semi-conducting compound, one layer of copper tape and covered with black extruded PVC, core identification by colour tape marking Red, Yellow and Blue with colour tape placed longitudinally under the copper tape and one bare massenger wire (80-95 Sqmm) shall be stranded non-compacted circular aluminium alloy conductor, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The cable should conform to IS-8130: 1984, IS-398 (Part-IV): 1994, IS-7098 (Part-II): 2011, IS-5831: 1984 with latest amendments, if any.

M&L cable route marker made out of GI angle iron of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm, 60cm long for HT/ LT Cable route marking embossed on GI circular plate 150mm dia 3mm thick including grouting in PCC (1:3:6), type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) block concrete of size 20 x 20 x 20cm including necessary earthwork, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F HT Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones and signal red colour and fixed with and including MS Clamps, bolt and nuts of approved size for 33 KV HT, 25x20cm size , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing and testing cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination, heat shrink type joint complete with and including jointing materials and acessories suitable for 11 KV XLPE insulated armoured aluminium cable of size 95 sqmm 3 core, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing and testing cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination, heat shrink type joint complete with and including jointing materials and acessories suitable for 11 KV XLPE insulated armoured aluminium cable of size 95 sqmm 3 core, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing and testing straight through cable jointing kit heat shrinkable type for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable complete with and including jointing materials and including acessories suitable for 3 Core XLPE armoured aluminum conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm and including provision of aluminium thimbles , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6mm thick buried directely in ground in verticle position (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead of GI strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel with and including 40mm dia G.I medium grade pipe for protection of GI strip to the extent of 7.5m as earthing lead including charcoal dust and salt packed all around the earth plate in the earth pit, complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and connected to earthing test point and including dismantling of old one, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The unit rate shall also include for earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 chamber, MS iron angle frame, C.I cover with provision of locking arrangement, 10mm dia plain bar lifting handle embedded in cover slab, 20mm bore medium grade G.I watering pipe, 15mm bore G.I light grade earth lead protection pipe, funnel, wire mess, copper lugs, charcoal, commen salt in alternate layer etc.

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead of size 25x4mm galvanised iron strip fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or burried in ground or drawn in existing conduit/ pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc including dismantling of existing one, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for seperately.

M&L for test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphrous bronze size 75 x 75 x 25mm drilled and screwed including 3 Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hexagonal head screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of GI tubing light grade 80mm bore for protection of cable, under road crossing, across drain, along electric pole or floor/ wall etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for boring of holes n. exc 1.5 m below existing roads, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including passing HDPE pipe of 150mm bore suitable for 0.4 MPa working presure without damaging the existing road and disposing the soil to a distance n. exc 50m complete all as specified and directed.

S&F switch air break, gang operated, triple pole, mechnically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism work from ground level for current rating upto 400 amps and 11 KV with drop out type fuse (Three Nos of 40 Amp capacity), complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 22 above, but for 33 KV with double steak insulator.

M&L for Horn Gap type fuse assembly complete with all insulators and fixing arrangements for 11 KV, 3 Phase system with brass contacts, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 24, but for 33 KV with double steak insulator.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 11 KV, 630A, 21kA/ 3sec, one side Extensible, Motorised, Outdoor Type IP-54 for enclosure and IP 67 for SF6 Tank, SF6 Gas insulated Ring Main Unit with Three (3) Way (01 No incomer LBS+02 Nos Outgoing VCB) with Air Insulated Bus PT Panel 11 KV, inside manually welded stainless steel (Non Ferrite No Maganetic Grade) tank having minimum thickness 2.5mm having IP 43 Degree of Protection. RMU should be provided with Copper bus bar, Resin cast ring core protection CT on cables 300-200-100/5-5 Amp, Core I (5P10),03 sets padlock provision and complete with all acessories. The RMU shall be type tested for internal arc test of 21 kA/3 Sec as per IEC 62271-200 and IEC 60694 for both tank and cable compartment. The unit shall include the following with all necessary standards fittings as required site. Note : 1. RMU shall be factory tested at manufacturer`s/OEM permises before dispatch by representative of Accepting Officer. Intimation to this effect should reach Accepting Officer at least one month in advance enabling Testing Officer to plan his visit. Presence of contractor or his auth repressentative is required during factory testing. The cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item. 2. PCC Platform for RMU shall be included in the amount quoted by the contrator against to this item.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type HT 4way junction box with housing made of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet of size not less than 2.00M Lenght,1.5M width,1.5M hieght , with front side 2 hinge doors with locking arrangemt, 4 Nost less than 1.6m length, 1.2m width and 1.3m height, with front side 2 Nos hinged door with locking arrangements, 04 Nos legs made with 50 x 50mm channel 6mm thick, inside the box 03 Nos aluminium busbar of 600A, 06 Nos HT 11 KV stud insulators mounted on channel base inline for connection of cables aluminium busbar will be fitted on stud insulators , box shall be fixed on PCC foundation, complete all as specified and directed.
