PROVISION OF DEFICIENT GEYSERS AND EXHAUST FAN IN CERTAIN QUARTERS AT AFS HAKIMPET UNDER GE (AF) HAKIMPET

Taking down Chowkhats or frames with shutters n exc 1.5 sq. m each complete all as specified and as directed

S&F factory made uPVC white colour Fixed glazed window/ventilator made of frame 47 x 50 mm mullion 47 x 68 mm both having wall thickness of 1.9 ± 0.2 mm and single glazing bead of appropriate dimension comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame and mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, G.I. fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Glass shall be paid separately). Note: For uPVC frame, sash and mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made.

S&F stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average with of aperture 1.40 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 4 mm thick Figured glass, pin head type and glazing with oil putty in Square n exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed

S&F MS Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Preparing new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm widthor girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of stone slabs of any description or thickness in floors and approns etc, laid,bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified and directed.

M&L 17-20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding to edge of stone slab one edge, such on in stop, cooking plateform, and other similar situation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar, manholes including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.
