Taking down existing waterproofing treatment complete of any description from brick or RCC wall and RCC slab by scrapping including removal of rubbish where directed to a distance not exceeding 100M and applying water proofing treatment to roof as per per manufacturer's instructions with the following specification:-. (a) 15 mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with and including water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement including preperation of roof surfaces. (b) Applying evenly a coat of bitumineous primer @ 0.5 litre per Sqm (c) Applying evenly a coat of hot blow bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm (d) Applying APP based polymeric membrane minimum 3 mm thick and minimum weighing 3kg/sqm laid on primed surface by LPG forced torch application with a side & end overlaps of minimum 100 mm. (e) Applying evenly a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/ 25 grade @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm over water proofing membrane (f) Applying a coat of bituminous based aluminium primer @ 100 gm/Sqm on top including sealing all joints by thermo fusion complete all as per manufacturer's instructions

Supply only water proofing compound.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not packing) removing of servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified

M&L for Non - skid Ceramic colour tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm(Size of tiles 400mmx400mm), in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match fixed over and including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7mm / 300 x 200 x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colour cement to match and fixed over including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified

M & L for Virified Ceramic tiles 8 to 9 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floor/skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match (light shade) fixed over and including Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick CM 1:6 for laying floor/wall finishes complete all as specified and directed

-Ditto- all as per item above but in vertical surfaces set set and jointed in neat cement slurry fixed over and including 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4, pointed with white/ coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) as in repairs.

M & L for chequered colour cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigment of size 30x30cmx 25mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors/steps fixed over and including screed bed or bedding layer of morter 15mm thick in cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), 25mm thickness as in levelling course of floors etc complete all as specified and as diretced

Taking down cement plaster and the like from brick or stone wall and concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, including finishing even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, including finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick on ceiling surfaces in CM 1:3, including finishing even&smooth without using extra cement for patch work, complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plaster surface and applying two coats of distemper oil emultion on new wall surfaces and including treating with 1mm thick wall care putty and a coat of primer, white or tinted complete all as specified and directed

M&L for applying two coats of weather proof acrylic emulsion paint exterior grade (100% acrylic) of asian paint over a coat of primer on prepared external new surfaces of walls of any description over 10 cm width/girth etc on column/pillars , RCC chajja and facia approved colour all as specified.

M&L for preparation of new plaster surface and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed

Preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry,built in cement mortar etc all as specified directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plain exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plain to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed

Taking down & Refixing old GI steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc) of size 25mm bore of complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down & Refixing old GI steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc) of size 20mm bore of complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs GI tubes, 'medium grade' galvanised, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings of size 25mm bore complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs GI tubes, 'medium grade' galvanised, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings of size 20mm bore complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed in repairs of size 25mm dia/bore complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed in repairs of size 20mm dia/bore complete all as specified & directed.

S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position of 500 ltr capacity including provision of inlet, outlet overflow and wash out connections and Dismantling existing water tanks complete all as specified and as directed

-Ditto- all as above item but 1000 ltrs capacity

M&L for Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position of exc 500 and n.exc 1000 litres. (Cleaning repairing, etc. measured separately)complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of old decorated steel surfaces/tank cover/knobs and similar articles exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
