Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas on all depths and widths including getting out and disposal of all excavated earth in all leads, lifts and carriage of material as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a). Ordinary rock.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

a)Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

a). 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size).

b) 1:3:6 (one Cement : three sand : six graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenly milimetre) nominal size.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing etc complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

a)1:5:10 (one cement :five sand : ten graded stone) aggregate 40 mm(forty milimetre) nominal size.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone - III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, ifnishing and reinforcement work up to plinth level with 1:2:4 (one cement : two sand : four stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty milimetre) nominal size) etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. a) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to all floor level with cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four sand) etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidized/ Cromium plated M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and skrews etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge a). 250x16 mm(two hundred fifty into sixteen milimetre)

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidized / chromium plated M.S. tower bolt black finish, (Barrel type) with necessary screws etc. complete etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

a). 200x10 mm(two hundred into ten milimetre)

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. handles conforming to IS:4992 with necessary screws etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow GI tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge a). Hot finished welded type tubes.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), Jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge(Kazaria / Nitco / Oreintbell make)

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge a)0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:6 (one cement: six sand) etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of engineer- in-charge.

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. a)Two or more coats on new work

Providing and fixing 6 mm thick UV double layered poly carbonate sheet (Sabic Lexan/ PC Lite Lexan/ Ultralite make) for walling over GI square pipe fixed to aluminium strip as required etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge (GI pipe & profile / strip to be measured and paid for separately).

Providing and fixing shade net 50% shading capacity (Netlon) for roofing / walling, over existing GI pipe profile with drilling screw etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge (GI profile will be paid for separately).

Providing, fixing and dismantling of GI profile with zig zag wire over existing GI pipe to fix the UV stabilized sheet / shading net / insect net with drilling screw etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium strip/ angles/ tees in different size as required to fix the sheet over existing square pipe with aluminium screw etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, installation and testing of 4” thick cellulose cooling pad having a size of 4200x1200 mm alongwith water circulator system including GI water collecting Gutter / frame duly SS insect net 40 mesh to fix the pad in required aluminium strip, PVC water tank 500 Ltr, 1 HP pump with plastic screen filter and 2 Nos. 24” exhaust fan with GI body with louvers, fitting & accessories alongwith MCB, switches, DP isolator and conduit pipe in copper wiring as required etc complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, installation, testing of 4 Nos., 4 way foggers and 4 Nos. Misters alongwith main 32 mm dia pipe, distribution pipe 16 LLDE & control assembly, 1000 litre water tank and 0.5 HP motor control valves etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of split air conditioner (DC inverter type Hot and Cold) 1.0 Ton with all features to be provided i.e. anti dust copper tube grooved indoor unit LED display along with four metre copper pipe with AC wire, PVC drain pipe, voltage stabilizer & stand etc. complete in all respect as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.(Voltas/ IFB/ Blue Star/ Godrej make)
