Change Over Switch of rating 400 amps (01 Nos)

Note : (i) Electrical connection from switchgear to bus bar would be through copper strips of suitable size. (ii) The internal electrical connection for measuring instruments would be through multi-stranded PVC insulated copper conductor cables of suitable size. (iii) The termination of incoming and outgoing cable into and from switchgear would be through properly crimped aluminum lugs of suitable rating incommensurate with that of switchgear. (iv) Cable glands would be provided for incoming & out going cables in panels. (v) The cost of fixing of the panel on suitable PCC (1:3:6) type C-1(using 20 mm graded black trap/basalt/granite stone aggregates) foundation as directed by Engineer-in-Charge is deemed to be included in the quoted rates by the contractor for the above item. (vi) The panel is to be fixed with Angle Iron frame of size 50x50x6mm with bottam of panel having minimum 60cm height from existing ground/ floor level. (vii) The rates are inclusive of all spares required as per OEM recommendations to make the starter panel fully functional. (viii) The control wires from motor / pump to starter panel fully functional. (ix) Contractor has to visit the site and get a brief on scope of work before quoting the tender.

Preparation of painted surfaces of all exposed metallic surface such as various sizes valves/ wheels, raillings, stair case and open pipes inlet/ out let etc. by means of wire brush /emery etc and cleaning and painting with one coat of red oxide and two coat epoxy paint of existing colour shades all as specified and directed.

M&L for Digital Backlit glow sign board star flex made out of 0.75 x 0.75 mm MS frame box type with back side having galvanized tin sheet of thickness not less than 22 gauge, and side cover s with powder coated tin sheet ISI marked including 10 watts -02 nos LED tube rods. The frame box is to be fitted / welded on MS round pipes -02 nos of lenght 3 to 4 mtrs each of thickness not less than 16 gauage. The size of the board should be 8 feets x 3 feets . Note:- (i) The rates of pcc work for coping and foundation of these boards are included in the quoted rates. (ii) The MS frames and MS round pipes are to be painted black in colour after one coat of red oxide. (iii) The rates are inclusive of dismantling the old glow sign board from any height.

Supply and fix 15 ft x 3 ft size, 3 MM ACP sheet Recto reflective Sign board of size on frame of MS tubing 40mmx40mm, with 4 nos support of 40mm tubing for board including Side pillar of height 8 ft mounted on RCC coloum on entrance door of STP MH made out of 40x40 mm Angle of 6mm thick of 4 nos angle on each columb with support at interval of 2 ft all as specified and directed by Engr- in- charge. Note:- (i) The content on the board will be finalised with concerned JE/Engr-in-charge. (ii) The rates are inclusive of dismantling the old glow sign board from any height. (iii) The cost is inclusive of MS work including fabrication wherever required to fix the boards at their respective locations.

Supply and fix 6 Ft x 4 Ft sign board made out of 3MM ACP Sheet LG mark vineyal pasting on 0.75 x 0.75 inch MS frame with vertical side pole of ms angle of size 40x40 mm , 6 mm thickness with necessary excavtion, PCC and copping all included all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (i) Content of board to be frinalize with concern of JE/ Engr-in-charge. (ii) The rates are inclusive of dismantling the old glow sign board from any height. (iii) The cost is inclusive of MS work including fabrication wherever required to fix the boards at their respective locations.

Supply and fix Sign board of Size 2ftx 1 ft on 3mm ACP sheet LG mark vineyal pasting board with mirror screw including fitting all included all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (i) Content of board to be finalize with concern of JE/ Engr-in-charge. (ii) The rates are inclusive of dismantling the old glow sign board from any height. (iii) The cost is inclusive of MS work including fabrication wherever required to fix the boards at their respective locations.

M&L for RCC cement concrete rectangular type Route indicator for Treated water Pipe line made out of RCC M-20 grade of size 750mm x 300mm x 80mm, having embrosed on both sides with "TREATED WATER OF STP NOT FOR DRINKING" including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel red colour paint to exposed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note : The foundation work (PCC foundation) for fixing the route indicator is included in the quoted rates
