JOB CONTRACT Job Contract for Operation, preventive and breakdown maintenance of various AC’s, water Coolers, water dispensers, RO units etc Installed at Nav-aids, OTB, engineering offices etc as detailed in “ANNEXURE-A” at Madurai Airport on general duty and on need basis in line with the requirements indicated in the tender document and as required. ( Two Skilled Technicians).

Ductable split type - 8.5 Ton

All inclusive comprehensive maintenance of all types, makes and capacities of Air conditioning units including replacing spares, painting etc attending break down maintenance utilizing the workman engaged vide job contract (Item No-1) complete as required. Hide away split type - 7.5 Ton

All inclusive comprehensive maintenance of all types, makes and capacities of Air conditioning units including replacing spares, painting etc attending break down maintenance utilizing the workman engaged vide job contract (Item No-1) complete as required. Non-ductable Split type with hide away fan coil units - 5 Ton

All inclusive comprehensive maintenance of all types, makes and capacities of Air conditioning units including replacing spares, painting etc attending break down maintenance utilizing the workman engaged vide job contract (Item No-1) complete as required. Cassette type split - 4 Ton

All inclusive comprehensive maintenance of all types, makes and capacities of Air conditioning units including replacing spares, painting etc attending break down maintenance utilizing the workman engaged vide job contract (Item No-I) complete as required. Vertical split type - 3 Ton

All inclusive comprehensive maintenance of all types, makes and capacities of water coolers including routine and preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, replacing spares, painting etc utilizing the workman engaged vide job contract (Item No-I) complete as required.

Comprehensive Maintenance of 16 ltrs capacity hot & cold water dispensers with separate freezer compartment including water container for 20 ltrs capacity suitable the operation on 230V 50Hz AC supply etc utilizing the workman engaged vide job contract (Item No-1) complete as required.

Trans installation of split airconditioners of following tonnages including dismantling, gas charging, modifying and joining of old pipelines etc., utilizing the workman engaged vide job contract (Item No-1) complete as required. 1.5 TR Split A/C

Trans installation of split airconditioners of following tonnages including dismantling, gas charging, modifying and joining of old pipelines etc., utilizing the workman engaged vide job contract (Item No-1) complete as required. 2.0 TR split A/C

Supply of 1/4" or 1/2" insulated copper pipe as per site requirement

CMC of 50 LPH R.O Purifier (make: Clear Aqua Technologies) with minimum of six stage purification fully enclosed in powder coated sheet steel enclosure, mounted on wall suitable for operation on single phase 230V, 50 Hz AC supply etc. utilizing the workman engaged vide job contract (Item No-1) complete as required.

CMC of water cooler (Make: Cross Fields) of capacity 80/40 ltrs, Self contained fully stainless body, two taps, in the 50 LPH Inbuilt RO water purifier with all accessories suitable for operation on 230V, 50Hz Single phase AC Supply etc. utilizing the workman engaged vide job contract (Item No-1) complete as required.Location: Cargo, OTB & Engg Office Electrical)

Half yearly testing of water quality for both chemical & bacteriological examination at approved lab and furnishing the test report to AAI ( Viz Appearance, color, order, turbidity, E.C, TDS, PH, alkalinity, hardness, Ca, Mg, Na, K, Fe, Mn, NH3, NO2, NO3, CI, F, SO4, PO4, Tidy's, E.coli count & TC) etc. as required.
