Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of storage type drinking water cooler in full stainless steel construction having following caacities as per clause no. 1.0 of tender technical specification -

20 Ltr/hr. cooling capacity & 40 Ltr. storage capacity

20 Ltr/hr. cooling capacity & 20 Ltr. storage capacity

Comprehensive maintenance and attending to break downs of following refrigerating machines as per clause no. 1.0 of tender technical specification :

Walk-in-cold storages upto 3TR capacity on monthly basis including repair/replacement of defective components.

Drinking water coolers of various capacities on monthly basis including repair/replacement of defective components.

Deep freezers & Bottle coolers on quarterly basis including repair/replacement of defective components.

Checking, fault finding, breakdown repairing of water coolers of capacity up to 40/80 Liters, testing, commissioning and taking over under comprehensive maintenance contract using following components as per clause no. 3.0 of tender technical specification.

Hermetically sealed compressor along with refrigerant gas charging, replacement of filter drier and all required works.

Leak testing & Gas Charging

Replacement of defective fan blades

Replacement of defective fan motors

Replacement of defective relay & overload protector

Replacement of defective thermostat

Replacement of defective float valve assembly

Checking, fault finding, breakdown repairing of walk-in-cold storage up to 3TR capacity, testing, commissioning and taking over under comprehensive maintenance contract using following components as per clause no. 4.0 of tender technical specification.

Hermetically sealed compressor suitable for 3TR capacity along with refrigerant gas charging, replacement of filter drier and all required works.

Leak testing & Gas Charging

Replacement of defective indoor fan motors

Replacement of defective outdoor fan motors

Repiring of control unit

Replacement of HP cut out (switch)

Replacement of LP cut out (switch)

Checking, fault finding, breakdown repairing of Bottle Cooler & Deep Freezer up to 500 Litres capacity, testing, commissioning and taking over under comprehensive maintenance contract using following components as per clause no. 5.0 of tender technical specification.

Hermetically sealed compressor suitable for 500 Liters capacity along with refrigerant gas charging, replacement of filter drier and all required works.

Replacement of Digital thermostat

Painting of sheet metal parts of following refrigerating equipment once in a contract period of 24 months as per clause no. 6 of tender technical specification:

Walk-in-cold storage of upto 3.0 TR capacity.

Deep freezers, bottle coolers & water chilling equipment.

Water coolers

Ultra filtration Water purifier: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of three stage water purifier which comprises of two membrane filters (Developed by BARC), one pre-filter and one charcoal filter along with stainless steel water storage jar and MS stand as per clause no. 7.0 of tender technical specification.

Comprehensive maintenance and attending to break down complaints of Ultra Filtration based water purifier sets (Developed by BARC) includes cleaning of membrane filter, pre-filter and charcoal filter on monthly basis as per clause no. 8.0 of tender technical specification.

Replacement of UF membrane-filter (developed by BARC) as per clause no. 9.0 of tender technical specification.

Replacement of pre-filter as per clause no. 10.0 of tender technical specification.

Replacement of charcoal-filter as per clause no. 11.0 of tender technical specification.

Cleaning & painting of MS stand once in a contract period of 24 months as per clause no. 12.0 of tendre technical specification.
