| 1 | Comprehensive maintenance of Precision packed unit AC 26 TR x 3 Nos on quarterly basis, by checking the following:-
(a) Checking of PAC Unit of the refrigeration, Air cooled / Water Cooled condensers and their respective motors and starters.
(b) Health checkup of system by service engineer.
(c) Checking / rectifying of alignments of couplings in direct driven components.
(d) Replacement of defective / worn out parts with new or repaired ones except for compressor /Refilling of gas/carel Main Controller/ Carel EVD drive/CPY controller/FSC controller/Main Display.
(e) Inspection of the safety and operating controls for proper operation.
(f) Leak testing and rectifying leaks in the refrigeration system if any at the time of maintenance.
(g) Checking of the PAC operation.
(h) Checking the System Refrigerant Pressures, Temperatures etc.
(j) Checking the Input Voltage and component amps etc.
(k)Compressor will be checked for its proper working.
(l) Attending break down/complaint within 12 Hours and trouble diagnosis.
(m) Water cleaning of condenser coil fins in air cooled condenser systems.
(n) Overhaul of components of the plant .
(o) Checking performance of the air cooled condenser fans.
(p) Microprocessor control panel, control boards, transducers of Precision AC unit to be checked for their correctness. | 4 | Each | - | - |
| 2Servicing by Dismantling the cover of outdoor and indoor unit/Ac Duct by thoroughly cleaning the external surface (both side) of all components including fins, base , descaling with chemicals, water etc with the help of air blower, wire brushing, water jet pump etc and reassemble all the components, plate, runner, fan blade and arresting any worn out/damaged/rusted part in original position as and when directed for following capacity of Air Conditioners: - Note- Rate should be quoted by contractor after physical verification of AC/AC Plant at the site. | |||||
