Providing Plinth protection 50 mm thick in cement concrete in 1:3:6 ( 1 Cement: 3 Sand : 6 aggregates in 20 mm nominal size ) & curing complete in all respects.

Providing and fixing on wall face PVC (D-plast) rain water pipes of working pressure not less than 4.5kg/sqm including filling the joints with approved adhesive including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts complete in all respects.

WhiteGray glazed tiles 10 mm thick in walls/ skirting, riser of steps of steps and dado 12 mm thick cement mortar 1:3(1 cement :3 sand) and jointed with cement slurry including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing and fixing Rotational Moulded High polyathylene water storage tank for storage of wter at ground level , as above head tanks and also suitable for transporation of water to remots areas, for keeping water hygienic & safe for drinkng etc. as per IS: 12701-1996 as amended upto date (Double layer) duli ISI marked (with latest amendments) in capacity 1000 litres including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts complete in all respects.

Painting two coats(excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint to give even shade including cleaning the surface ofl dirt, dust and other foreign matters sand papering and stopping with ready mixed paint other than white including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts complete in all respects.

Painting one coat excluding priming coat on previoucly painted wood and wood based surface with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping with ready mixed paint including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts etc. complete in all respects.

Wall painting ( Two coat) with plastic emulusion paint of approved brand and manufacture on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade including throughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty as required for making the surface including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts complete in all respects.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium work for door, windows ventilators and partitions wtth extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make confiroming to IS 733 and IS 1285 anodised transparent of dyed to required shade according to IS 1868 (Minimum) anodic coating of grade AC 15) fixed with rawiplugs and screws or with fixing) clips, or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at juctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/ neoprene felt etc. aluminium sections shall be smooth, rustfree, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically where ever required including cleast angle, aluminium, snap beading for glazinge/ panelling C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws. All complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer- in- Charge.

For doors windows almirahs & ventilators and glazed parations frames including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts complete in all respects.

For shutter of door windows almirah & ventilators including providing nd fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fitting where ever required including the cost of PVC/ neoprene gasket as required ( fitting and glazing/panelling shall be paid for separately) including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts complete in all respects.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, windows, ventilator shutters and partition etc. with PVC / neoprens gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawing and the direction of the Engineer- in-Charge( cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item)

Glazing with glass panes of 4mm thickness ( weight not less than 10.00 kg/sqm. Including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts complete in all respects.

Providing and fixing 4mm thick E- Board (Embassed board) Ceiling of approved quality of ISI mark i/c fixing to base frame with screws and clamps etc. complete ( Frame work for base & cover fillets to be measured and paid for separately) including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts complete in all respects.
