Supplying and Charging of R-22/R-410 refrigerant gas in the existing WTAC/STAC/Water Cooler of all sizes i/c necessary copper pipe, capillary, filter, pressure testing and flushing the complete system and gas charging complete as required.

Providing and fixing the copper pipe of 5/8” & 3/8, 3core copper cable including insulation of refrigerant pipe with the1/2” thick nylon insulation pipe covered with2:dia PVC flexible pipe including drain pipe etc complete as reqd

Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed steel conduit, with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc. as required. Supplying and fixing of 40 Watt downlighter IP 66 protection suitable for pendant mount application pressure dia cast aluminium alloy housing with corrosing resistance powder coating for operation 220 Volt 50 Hz single phase AC supply having luman efficacy minimum 80 luman per watt i/c hanging arrangement connection, testing etc complete as reqd.

Supplying, Installation, testing and commissioning of 200 watt LED flood light fitting. Made out of pressure dia cast aluminium housing with toughened glass, manufacturer's logo embossed on the housing (printing/stickers not allowed) and with separate compartment of lens and driver to make it IP-66 degree of protection, minimum lumen 25000 lumen LEDs must have lense plates for better throw across and along the road with luminaire efficacy of greater than 120 Lumen/Watt, L70-50000 burning hours colour rendering (CRI) of ≥ 70 and co-related colour temperature (CCT) of 5700K (±300K). Fabrication supply installation and commissioning of safety cage 35 x 35 x 5 height of outdoor of split AC made out of 40 x 40 x 5 mm angle iron and wiremesh 75 x 25 mm of 7.75 kq/sq.mtr 8 SWG wire front open door with locking arrangement with 1 No pad lock i/c copper grouting , fashner, nut bolt, welding etc as required.
