Bulk/entire quantity to be procured from those Bidders who have satisfactory performance in the past for the tendered item with S. E. Rly. or Zonal Railways including the production units as per clause 2.6.1 of SER Instruction to Tenderers and General Conditions of Tender.
Tenderers must attach their product catalogue/Technical specification of offered product, failing which, the offer shall be summarily rejected. Bidders are also requested to disclose their make /model of the product.
Authorized dealers/agents must submit tender specific authorization from OEM, failing which their offer shall be summarily rejected.
