Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement - All work up to plinth level

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters,buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers,abutments, posts and struts etc. including cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and excluding reinforcement 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) Above plinth level upto fifth floor level

Steel Reinforcement with cutting,Bending,Binding & Placing in proper position with cost of all material,labour & T.& P. etc. complete.

Ist Class brick work in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar with all cost of material, labour and T&P etc. complete.

Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with (300mm×230mm×150 mm Size) AAC blocks in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level with RCC band at sill level and lintel level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

12.50 mm thick Cement Plaster in 1:4 with Cement Mortar on Brick Masonry
