Boring of 30cm dia piles of single under reamed of 50cm dia of bulb and 3.5 meter depth in black cotton soil with hand operated auger machine including all laboure T&P etc. for proper completion of work as per IS code-2911(Part-III) 1980.

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge:(All kinds of soil) As per DSR-2.1.1

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering,ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.As per DSR-2.27

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).As per DSR-4.1.8

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) :.As per DSR-5.2.2

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars.As per DSR-5.22.1

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :Foundations, footings, bases for columns.As per DSR-4.3.1

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse).As per DSR-6.1.1

2.5 cm (1") thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement approved coarse sand and 2cm (3/4") graded approved stone laid in panels finished with 3mm (1/8") floating coat of neat cement or cement and marble dust in ratio of 5:1 as specified over and including 8cm (3") thick base concrete consisting of cement fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus and brick ballast 4 cm. (1½") gauge in the proportion of 1:4:8 and removing any overlapping mortar at the joints ofthe panels if any and giving them a uniform finish including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.
