M&L for brick work with subclass B bricks, staright or curved on plan exc 6.00 mtr mean redius, biult in 1:6 cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for brickwork with sub- class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick wall incl racking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing the debries outside the MOD land and directed by Engr In Charge.

M&L for rendering CM (1:6) 10 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces etc including finished even and smooth without using extra cement up to four storey height bldg complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with using extra cement with WPC. complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge. Note :- WPC shall be measured & paid seprately.

M & L for rendering 5mm thick on ceiling in cement mortar 1:3 finished fair and even smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls, and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer incl 3mm thick elastomeric wall care putty on walls complete and specified and as directed by engr-in -charge.

M&L for prepration of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of approved shade of oil emulsion distemper with 3mm thick elastomeric wall care putty on walls, take it plaster where it plaster where it required up to four stories complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of Apex (weather coat) over 3mm thick wall care putty up to four storey height building complete and all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surface and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling up to four storey height building complete and all as specified and directed by engr-in -charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of red oxide/zinc chromate, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions. complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

Dismantiling wrought iron or mild steel of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Steel/work in tubular truses, purlins, rafters, vertical members and similar work including special shape washers complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161-1979, grade St-240 complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws incl dismantling of asbastos cement (corrugated or semi corrugated) sheeting in roof covering as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

S&F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/clading to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specification complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

S&F precast machine pressed PCC interlocking paver block of 80 mm thickness, M-40 grade of any shape and size confirmeing to IS-15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment as approved and 100 mm thick plan cement concrete, type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base flooring,k suface fininsed even and rough to receive floor topping incl sand cusion and incld dismantling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for providing type B0 1:2:4 cement concrete (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) as in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete and specified and as directed by engr-in -charge.

Complete removal of existing roof treatment with mud faska incl bedding layer in cement mortar and disposed from MOD Land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for preparation of plastered/concrete surfaces of roof and applying the under mentioned course of roof treatement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.:- (a) Surface shall be throughly wire brushed, cleaned, washed, dried up properly and apply evenly a bituminuous primer coat conforming to IS @0.4 ltr /Sqm over concrete / plastered roof surface. (b) Applying evenly a tack coat of bitumen 85/25 grade @1.20 kg/ sqm. (c) Laying of 3mm thick APP membrane sheet (min weight 3 Kg/Sqm) consisting of a core of 160 gms/Sqm polyster non woven fabric mat protected on both sides with a high quality polymeric asphaltic mix again protected with thermo fusible HMHDPE FILM on dried primed surface by torch application method. APP membrane will normally be laid in length at right angle to the direction of slope. The over lap shall be minimum 100mm on longitudinal direction and 150mm on the transverse direction including cuttings, grooves etc. (d) Membrane bonded completely to the substrate & the over laps are then scaled/fused by flame. (e) Including taking down of existing roof treatment in any description i.e. mud faska, bricks tiles, APP etc. including removing of all demolished material from out of MOD land. (f) including cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20 cm x 20mm with over 15mm screed bed in CM (1:4) Note:- This treatement shall be done by the approved authorized applicators and guarantee of treatement shall be minimum 10 years complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M & L for providing cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in roof kerb or mud stops, padding, round ed or chamfered on edges without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down steel tubing or removing from site of 15mm bore pipe all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as above item no.24 but 20mm bore

S&F for 15mm bore steel water tubing medium grade , galvanized ISI marked with all fittings fixed to wall & ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

All as per item no.26 above but 20mm bore

Dismantling water tanks exc 500 litres but not exc 1000 Litres capacity and removing to store complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

S&F rotational moulded polyethylene 1000 Ltr water storage tanks triple layers as per IS (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including necessary fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S &F for 20 mm dia Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe orr brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

Taking down rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

S&F in PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm single socketed, in any length with solvent cement joints fixed to walls/laid in floors complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

S&F for 100mm dia pvc pipe Stack clamps out of 50 mm x 5mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays,inlcuding bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof as per complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

S&F for PVC SWR bends 110 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

M &l for removing building materials etc. (other than spoil payable under items 03028 to 03031 in Section-3—Earthwork) to a distance of 15 km, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC columns, beams slabs chajjas and the like as directed, roughening and cleaning concrete surface with steel wire brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry, incl derusting of steel reinforncment, providing fabric mild steel wire mesh 75mm x 75mm x 2mm dia as reinforcement to concrete. After placing the additional reinforcement all concrete surfaces shall throughly scrubbed with brushes, washed with water and alloy to dry. To this surface apply chemical polycrete admixture at the rate not less than 2% by weight of cement and providing minium 30 mmj thick (avrage thickness) gunniting/grouting mix (using part of ordinary Portland cement 53 grade and 2 parts of ghaggar sand mixed with adhessive/ admixture at the rate as directed) with a pressure of 2 to 2.5 Kg per sqcm by gunniting machine and surface finished even and fair, incl necessary padding, shuttering / form work 5mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) complete all as specifed and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 as in Plinth Protection using 40 mm stone aggregate including making joints & filling with sand bitumen mastic as per specification complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge.

Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium strip/ cable from roof surface/wall and keeping in safe custody for reuse complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for refixing the existing copper/aluminium strip/ cable carefully on roof surface/wall including necessary new procelain/ polycarbonate insulator as required at site with required gap, connecting to the object test point complete including testing after completion and making good disturned surface of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of outdoor unit of split type AC of capacity 1.5TR/2.0TR any make & model from existing location and safe custody to MES and after completion of B/R work this outdoor unit is refixing the same location and cutting wall/ concrete incl arrangement of required T&P, laying of extra insulated copper tunning, supply stand and positioning of condensing unit fixing of extra pvc flexible multistranded copper conductor of size 2.5 sq mm and brazing work leak check, dehydratin and topping up of rafrigrant gan upto recommended level, connection of drain pipe making good the disturned surface including PCC and brick work and testing the unit for satisfactory functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of outdoor unit of cassette type AC capacity 3.5 TR of any make model from existing location and safe custody to MES and after completion of B/R work this outdoor unit is refixing the same location and cutting wall/ concrete incl arrangement of required T&P, laying of extra insulated copper tubing supply of suitable stand and positioning of condensing unit, fixing of extra gas upto recommended level, connection of drain pipe making good the disturbed surface including PCC and brick work testing the unit for satisfactory functioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
