M&L for 40 mm average thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm grd stone agg) in floors/padding finishing the surface even and smooth with out using extra cement.

M&L for bitumen felt water proofing treatment using APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighting 3kg/sqm and minimum thickness 3mm reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (but not less than 150gms/sqm) laid over bitumen primer applied @ 0.30 Kg/sqm by forced application complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for roof cool tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 7-8mm thick over cement mortar including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and filling the joints with joint filler chemical or epoxy complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated or semi-corrugated etc) sheets in roof covering including ridges, hips, valleys and flashings etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating (AZ-150) GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

M & L pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating (AZ-150) GI based Plain steel sheet 0.5 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges/valley gutters, fixed with self tapping screw as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for door gates, grills, purlins, rafter or truss complete all as specified.

M&L for Mild steel work in tubular trusses, purlins, vetical posts including special shaped washer, angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plates, base/ bearing plates, bolts and nuts etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to 1161-1979 grade st 240.

S&F MS Framed work such as grills gratings , door and cooler stand, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars confirming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165
