Subhead-I Miscellaneous Items

Scrapping/removing the existing French spirit polishing surface having melamine finish on veneer/plywood consisting of: i) Scrapping/removing old melamine finish by using 80 No./Grade emery paper, ii) followed by smoothening the surfcae with using emery paper of 100 No./Grade all complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Wall painting with plastic/acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: a) Two or more coats on new/old work

French spirit polishing : a) One or more coats on old work

Melamine polishing on wood work (one or more coat). (Melamine polishing to be done mechanically by using compressor)

Providing and fixing pressure die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer of available required colour (having brand logo embossed on the body, door weight upto 70 kg and door width from 1100 mm), with double speed adjustment with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete. (Hardwyn's base series door closer 'expo' model over head type or equivalent

Providing and fixing brass 100mm mortise latch and lock with 6 levers and a pair of brass lever handles of approved quality with necessary screws etc. complete. (Godrej's Venus satin product code 7295 (LKYLDMVS1) or its equivalent)

Providing and fixing bright finished brass hanging type floor door stopper with necessary screws, etc. complete.

Cleaning of the existing floor Tiles, Wooden paneling laminates, window glass etc. with necessary cleaning solutions, soap, Acid etc. all Complete as per direction of engineer in charge.

Supplying & placing in position Conference Table at BSNL Head Quarter at Janpath, New Delhi of approved make Geeken or equivalent with specification as under: i) Series: Conference ii) Code no Conference 5, iii) Size L 3600 X D 1200 X H 750 with Auto Story Metal Rectangular Wire Cable Hole Cover Grommet with Dust-Proof Brush for Office and Computer Desks etc. all complete as per Engineer in Charge.

Supplying & placing in position revolving MEDIUM BACK CHAIR at BSNL Head Quarter at Janpath,New Delhi of approved make Geeken or equivalent with specification as under: i) Series: Astra ii) Code no GA 535, iii) Colour /Shade : Black, iV) Swivel Tilt Type V) Fixed PP Arm Vi) Seat & Back Mesh Tapestry all complete as per Engineer in Charge.

Providing & placing in position 8mm thick black/Brown float glass customised to required size & shape in table top including cutting in curvilinear shape to match with table with makin arrangement of Rectangular Wire Cable Hole , mechanical rounding, rubbing & polishing to cut edges with 1" edges pavelling all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
