Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge All kinds of soil

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III): 10 graded stoneaggregate 40 mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within airport premises ( lead average 2 km) as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stoneaggregate 40 mm nominal size) in pavements, laid to required slopeand camber in panels as required including consolidation finishingand tamping complete.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness ofjoints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks In foot path, park & lawns driveway or light & traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50m m thick compacted bed of course sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, all complete as per manufacturer's specifications & direction of Engineer-in- Charge. 80mm thick Cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern.

Cleaning of existing dummy/construction joints and providing & filling with polysulphide joint sealing compound (confirming to grade BS: 5212, Part-I, 1990) of approved make Dr. Fixit or equivalent including painting the sides of slab with approved primer and filling the groove 10mm width x 10mm deep including inserting the backer rod of Supreme or equivalent of appropriate dia of approved make to receive the specified sealing compound, providing and applying bond braking tape on top edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface and to give a neat finish to the sealant has been applied and tooled, all complete as per specification and direction of EIC.

Replacing of broken Vision panel in exisiting Glazing Curtain Wall System with glazed units of size as per design and consisting of Laminated Double Glazed unit (6mm thick clear Heat Strengthened glass + 1 layer of acoustic PVB (0.76mm) + 6 mm Glass, Low-e coating on face 4, SGG EVO ET 425 or equivalent ) in approved shade with characteristics as per specification fixed in precise size on the outer face of the infill panel of approved make and glazed in fill panel to be formed by approved means of special structural quality silicone adhesive sealant layer manufactured to standards like Wacker, Dow coning or equivalent as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. For payment, only the actual area of glass on face # 1 of the glass panels (excluding the areas of the grooves and weathersilicone sealant) labours, taxes, cess etc all complete . (Items includes supply and installation of Laminated double Glazed Unit of thickness 11.76mm (6mm thick clear Heat Strengthened glass + 1 layer of acoustic PVB (0.76mm) + 6 mm Glass, Low-e coating on face 4, SGG EVO ET 425 or equivalent) including cost of sealants, screws,backer rod, gasket, fixtures, all taxes , duties, cess etc. all complete excluding scafolding shall be paid in repective item as per actual site requirement)The above work is to be carried out by a Specialized Agency approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cementof mix : a) 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand andmanufacture to give an even shade : a) Two or more coats on new work

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) onthe exterior side, up to seven story height made with 40 mm diaM.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joiningwith cup & lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S.clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffolding for workingplatform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for therequired duration as approved and removing it there after .Thescaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners,connection with the building etc wherever required for inspection ofwork at required locations with essential safety features for theworkmen etc. complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge .The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measuredfor payment purpose .The payment will be made once irrespectiveof duration of scaffolding.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilatorsand partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved makeconforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners ofrequired dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps atjunctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rustfree, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever requiredincluding cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling,C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architecturaldrawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, panelingand dash fasteners to be paid for separately) : a) For fixed portion Powder coated aluminium (minimum thicknessof powder coating 50 micron)

b) For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators includingproviding and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provisionfor fixing of fittings wherever required including the costof EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittingsshall be paid for separately) Powder coated aluminium (minimum thicknessof powder coating 50 micron)

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flatpressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS:12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windowsshutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screwsetc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions ofEngineer-in-charge. a) Pre-laminated particle board with decorative laminationon both sides

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilatorshutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasketetc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directionsof Engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall bepaid in basic item): a)With float glass panes of 5.50 mm thickness

Supplying of labour for day to day maintenance, jobs (The contractor is bound to pay the minimum fair wages prevalling at the time of opening the tender and or statutory increase in future during the entire period of the contract by state/central govt. the contractor will be responsible to supervise the work assigned to labours and has to supply T & P as per requirement.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished,premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size,approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cementmortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement,mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing,moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. completeat all levels. Granite of any colour and shade Area of slab upto 0.50 sqm

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceablematerial to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge. (Old CC paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of cost).

Supply and laying of MASTERCEM 400 manufactured by Choksey or equivalent high performance thin layer rapid repair compound. Material should be self-flowing having compressive strength after 28 days30 MPA. Rate inclusive of milling the old surface area for required depth & matching with the existing profile, cleaning with compressed air, high pressure water jet cleaning, mixing of MASTERCEM 400 in machine, pouring, finishing, texturing, curing time should be 6 hrs. to accept traffic as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
