M&L for preparation of old previously treated black top bituminous surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing cake mud etc; sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags and Air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc; and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-30 at 3 kg per 10 Sqm on black top surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Bituminous premix Asphaltic Semi Dense Concrete, 30 mm consolidated thickness, with 5.5% binder (Paving Bitumen VG-30) content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8-12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) The mix shall be mixed in computerised hot mix plant and laid with mechanical paver only. (ii) The mix shall be designed by job mix formula. (iii) Cost of testing charges, materials and transportaion etc. for job mix formula and independent testing during execution of work shall be inclusive in the unit rate quoted and no extra payment shall be made on this account.

Repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust, mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat VG-30 @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg/10 Sqm binded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam binder and chippings) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting the existing bitumen sufrace 50 to 70mm depth using milling machine and remove the milled waste and deposited low lying area directed by Enginner-in-Charge incl cleaning the milled surface as to avoid slippery all other incidental and unforseen items etc omplete all as specified and directed.

S&F solar road stud having 3LEDs of colours red/yellow to a side (total 6 nos)housed in a tough pressure die casted aluminium of size 125X125mm or 120X130mm with built in stem of suitable length for fixing with epoxy. LEDs, Solar-cells , battery & light sensor well protected in side under tough unbreakable polycarbonate transparent sheet roof. System workable for 2-3days (nights) after full charge in 8-10 hours.

Supply and fix in repair road stud made out of ABS Body conforming to IRC 67-1977 having load capacity of 40 tonnes giving reflection panel of red/yellow on both side, size 100 x 100 x 18.5 mm, fixed with epoxy adhesive sealing compound as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning the road surface of dirt,seals oil,greese and foreign materials etc and applying 2.5mm thick thermo plastic road marking paint for making strips,dashes,arrows of white or yellow colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully semi automatic thermo plastic paints applicator machine fitted with profile shoe glass beads dispenser propan tank heater and profiles shoe heater drive by operator on road surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix dense bituminous macadam 75mm thick (Consolidated) or less using 4% binder content by weight of total mix, with paving bitumen of grade VG 30 penetration, mixed by using hot mix plant and laid by using mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using vibratory/pneumatic/tandem roller 8 to 10 tonne capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying evenly priming coat with bituminous primer @ 6 kg per 10 sqm using paving bitumen VG 30 over BM surface including preparing the BM surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete unreinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb/edging of interlocking tile, rounded or chamfered angles including necessary form work, finished even and fair all as specified.

Material and labour for M-sand cushioning under interlocking tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed rubber moulded precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M35 grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.
