Unconventional Treatment Plants less than 1 MLD capacity shall not be constructed.

All the Structural Steel works/ Fabrications are to be provided with application of Hot Dip Zinc coating according to specification as per IS 4759:1996 (Reafirmed 2006)

Note: Conditions from Sr. No. 1 to 28 shall form a part and parcel of the tender and must be incorporated in draft tender papers of Un- conventional treatment plants.

Lowering laying and Jointing HDPE/MDPE pipes in proper position including all specials by compression fitting/electrofusion and but fusion jointing procedure including hydroulic testing as per relevent IS code complete with all materials for jointing procedures like Electrofusion C30machine, electric mirror/ heater / but fusion welding machine with hydraulic jack, top loading clamp etc. pump and accessories fro hydraulic testing and all labours as direted by E/I as per IS-7634 part-2 (20mm)

Supplying labours and tools fro fixing G.I. Pipes with red lead and yarn of following nominal bore with screwed and socketed joints on wall, celling and floor including supplying and fittings of wall hooks or pipe clamps, wooden plugs, cutting pipes to size and threading ends if required etc. all complete as per specification and direction of E/I.

Supplying and fixing of G.M. Ferrule of approved make in existing C.I/D.I. Main including drilling and taping C.I./D.I. Main all complete as per specification and direction of E/I (3mm dia)

Providing and fixing of G.M. Fullway valve of approved quality all complete as per specification and direction of E/I (20mm dia)
