(d) Filled the all half bricks gaps with cement mortar in 1: 3 ratio mixed with WPC 200ml per 50kg of cement. (e) Over plaster apply WPC with cement slowly as 1:20 Ratio or as per manufacture instruction to achieve smooth surface. (f) Provide PCC 40 mm thick 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction over PCC 1:5:10 as remain portion of in sunken floor complete all as specified and directed (Note : Measurement will be taken as floor area of the sunken floor)

Taking down cement plaster on brick Walls built in cement mortar including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour cement concrete tiles of size 25 cm x 25 cm x 22 mm thick, machine pressed, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and no pigment in roofs, floors over and including screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing cement concrete as in roof kerbs, levelling courses for making proper gradient/slope or mud stops rounded or chamfered on edges with B-1, 1:2:4 using stone aggregate mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacture instruction including necessary form work complete all as specified & directed. Note: water proofing compound to be measured separately
