Providing & laying damp-proof Course 40 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement:2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone agg 12.5 mm nominal size) and curing complete

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade onNew work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm)

Providing and fixing CIB of approved size by way of making foundation in M10, Brickwork in 1:6 cement mortar including plastering with 1:4 cement mortar, painting and writings as per the directions of engineer incharge including all carriages , supply , complete job.
