M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.50 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) finished even and rough as in floor/levelling course to recieve floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.(Window cill)

M&L for non - skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, over with and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tile as in vertical surfaces of size (300x200)mm x 7mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, conforming to IS-13712 Z (b) (iii) with and including over 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) for backing of tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting holes into or through brick walls n exc 150 Sqcm built in cement mortar and making good in cement mortar (1:3) or cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-l complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI steel tubing 15 mm bore medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F exhaust fans AC single phase 230/ 240 V of size 380 mm sweep, 900 rpm with louver complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE:-HAVELLS (MODEL-TURBO FORCE SP) or equivalent make of USHA, ORIENT, BAJAJ.

Supply and fixing exhaust fan, PVC body, AC single Phase, 230V of size 300m sweep with blades, frame and louvers complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Bajaj maxima Dxi White Dom Ex Fan or equivalent in Crompton Greaves, Havells, Almonard or Orient.

M&L for point wiring with suitable PVC csaing/ caping of 1.5 sqmm size single core multi stranded copper conductor unsheathed PVC insualted 1100 V grade FRLSH cable drawn into and including PVC casing/ caping of adequate width and length with accessories and fittings like bend, elebows, crosses, wall crossing etc for one light /fan point controlled by one switch including sunken type pressed steel box suitable for housing modular switches, sockets outlet and regulators etc and with continuous 1 No cable 1.5 sqmm copper conductor PVC insualted, unsheathed as earth wire connected to earth dolly and to be connected boxes of suitable sizes for mounting to fittings etc, complete all as specified and as directed. Note- Base plate for modular switch and socket shall be measured and paid seperately.

All as per item No 29.00 here-in -before but 2.5 sqmm copper conductor for 3 pin 15 Amps socket outler on independent board controlled by one switch with one No earth continuity copper conductor of size 2.5 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for modular switch piano, flush type, single pole one way 6 amps, one module complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for modular white cover plate with frame, 1 module complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for submain concealed PVC conduit or PVC casing/ caping wiring with 3 run of single core FRLSH, 6 Sqmm (nominal area), PVC insulated, unsheathed, multistanded copper conductor cable, 1100 Volts grade drawn through and including PVC non-metalic PVC conduit or PVC casing/ caping of suitable size, medium grade (ISI marked) with all fittings and fixing accessories on roof, wall , ceilings etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Three runs of 6 Sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit / PVC casing caping in wall/ceiling shall be measured and paid as one length.
