Design, Manufacturing, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of a digitally controlled oil cooled 50 KVA Servo Automatic Voltage Stabilizer (transformer oil to be the cooling medium conforming to IS-335 with latest amendments), for operation of 1 no. 26 passenger lift to be installed at GMC&H Jammu ,conforming to IS-8847-1989, IS 9815 I & II of 1994 amended up to date suitable to operate on unbalanced input voltage of 415 Volts, 3 phase 50 Hz, duly painted with providing and filling of transformer oil.

Providing, Laying, Testing and commissioning of Aluminum armoured cable, PVC insulated, 50 Sq-mm 3.5 core approx.150mtrs confirming to relevant IS code 1554/1/88 with latest amendment up to date of some standard ISI make from main panel to lift room at top level.

Providing and fitting of main electric control panel of suitable capacity for controlling and monitoring of various electric parameters having suitable change over switch, MCCBs, voltmeter, ampere meter, overload & underload protection protective devices, bus bars and provision of both three phase and single phase output supply.

Providing of Chemical earthing to the 50 KVA servo Stabilizer , distribution panel and other electro mechanical equipments of Lift proposed on mortuary side of GMC&H, Jammu by way of excavation of 02 pits of proper size upto a depth of 03 mtrs for providing & laying of 03 mtr copper electrode - 02 no’s. in hard & soft soil followed by filling of required quantity of earthing chemical for each electrode. Job includes filling of pits with excavated soil and fitment of copper electrodes with copper strip from electrodes to the servo stabilizer & distribution panel and other electro mechanical equipments. Complete job as per site requirement.

Face lifting of the entrance walls at each level(from ground floor to fifth floor) for new lift by way of providing & fixing of marble stones/high quality tiles wherever required after cutting & making them to required size . White washing of the well & machine room. Providing & fitting of door, Windows, ceiling fan , exhaust fan and electrification of machine room & well /shaft.

Dismantling of old lift , shifting & stacking of dismantled scrap of the lift to the safer place, cleaning of well , pit & machine room of the lift.
