Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5sq.metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, rakingout joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50metres lead: Cement mortar 1:4

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of: G.S Sheet

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated JorL hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi surface paint to give an even shade. Two or more coats applied on @0.90ltr/10sqm) over under coat of primer applied@ 0.80 ltr/10 sqmof approved and manufacture

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50metres lead as per direction of Engineer in charge. 1:4:8 or leaner mix

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering --All work upto plinth level: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 M.Sand : 4 granite chips 20 mm nomoinal size) foundation and plinth

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying: (a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. (b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10cm. (c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. Using rough kota stone. (d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately. For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured.

Providing and fixing Cast Iron Gate in approved pattern with locking arrangement and neat finishing with deluxe multi surface paint including priming coat.
