Note : Termite treatment should be done prior to fixing chowkat to wall.

S&F for aluminium anodised sections, powder coated, minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15 for doors, windows, ventilators, door partition including fabrication of frame shutters and fixing with necessary lugs, cleats, rollers, handles, locking arrangement etc. including all accessories such as glazings clips and rubber beadings for fixing glass panes in frame complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Glass panes/wire net will be measured and paid seperately as supply only. (ii) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of cost of rubber beading however it will not be weighed and not paid seperately. (iii) All other minor details including cost of locking arrangement shall be included in the quoted rate.

S&F in repairs 12mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade both sides with decorative choice lamination fixed to aluminium door/frame complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 5.50mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality in squares not exceeding 0.50 sqm each pane, cut to size required, grinding edges and/or fixed to aluminium door complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for 30 mm thick, second class hardwood glazed and skeleton shutters as in windows/ventilators open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauge, etc with sash bars, divided in to squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass/gauge etc and rebated sash bars, any numbers, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded complete all as specified and directed in SSR Part I Section 8 clause 8.24 (b).

S&F for solid PVC door frames of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified and as directed.

Note :- Manpower shall be deployed every day except Sunday/Holiday. However Department shall have reserved the right to stop the work at any time even in working day due to security reason and no extra claim on this shall be entertained.

S&F in repairs supper flash strip UV resistant self-adhesive flashing bituminous tape for water proofing bonding, sealing for transperent sheets in hanger roof complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting grass, small trees, bushes by mechanically operated 50mm to 100mm slasher from 9.00 AM to 05.00 PM (half an hour lunch break at mid day) both sides of concrete pavement edges and removing the same to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing as directed. Note :- Contractor will have to arrange at his own the mechanical slasher ie one set of tractor and jungle jeem including POL driver. Mechanical slasher shall be deployed every day except Sunday/Holiday. However Department shall have reserved the right to stop the work at any time even in working day due to security reason and no extra claim on this shall be entertained.
