Earth work excavation in all soils and sub soils exceipt hard rock requiring blasting with intial lead and lift including re-filling the sides of foundation in layers of 15cm thick watering, ramming, depositing the surplus earth in the premises as directed by departmental officers etc., complete asper standard specification. as per SS 20 B TNDSS NO: 23 & 24 VI (s2), VII 9,10

Plain Cement concrete Using 1:4:8 mix (one cement, Four sand Eight aggregates) using 40mm ISS gauge HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, consolidating and curing etc., complete as per standard specification. TNDSS NO: 28 V, VI (S2) V, VI (S5A) VII

Supply and fabrication and placing in position of TMTsteel roads to required size and length as directed by the departamental officers including cost of binding wire, cutting, bending and tying etc., inclduing cost and conveyance of all materials to side and all labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification TNDSS NO: 97 V.VI (S6) VII (S^) VII-3

Supplying and erecting Centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3 M height for plain surfaces such as RCC Slab. Rectangular beams,. Tee Beam (or) L Beams Lintel,.Bed Block, Slabs landing slabs square or round column etc., as detalied below with all cross bracings using M.S.Sheets of size 90 cm x 60 cm and BG 10 stiffened with welded M.S.Angles of size 25x225x3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak or countrey wood joists of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at an intervals of 75 cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard spefication as directed by departamental officers TNDSS NO: 30& 86

Reinforced cement concrete 1:11/2:3 (One Cement one and half sand and three aggregate) using 20mm size I.S.S metal including cost conveyance of materials to site and all labour chages etc.,mixing laying consolidating curring etc., but excluding cost of steel etc., complete as per standard specification TNDSS NO: 30 V. VI (S3) VII-3

Brick work in Cement mortar 1:5 (One Cement Five Sand) mix using country bricks of size 8-3/4" x2" including all cost and conveyance of all materials as per Standard Specification TNDSS NO: 31 & similar to 31C V, VI (S5) VII

Plastering with Cement mortar 1:5 (one cement fIVE sand) mix 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing laying and curing etc complete complying with std specification TNDSS No: 56 & 57

Painting two coats for Interior surface with approved Interior Plastic Emulsion paint approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, etc complete and including necessary plaster of paris, putty, wherever required etc, complete as per standard specification.
