M & R to MBP ... Retro fitting and water proofing of Building No.7 Sector - III MBP with high strength fiber glass repair mortor (Thermoset) with tactile quality acrylic synthetic semi- viscous paste.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.

Providing and applying one pack bonding coat between concrete members like RCC slabs, columns, beams, chajjas, pardis etc and cement mortar plaster using Hack Aid Plast of approved make & approved by Engineer in charge. Clean the concrete surface thoroughly to remove dust, dirt, grime, deshuttering oils and rub down to a clean surface. Apply Hack Aid Plast of approved make & approved by Engineer in charge by spray on the entire concrete surface. Provide a lean cement - sand dash coat over the same. Allow the dash coat to set for around 24 hours. Further plastering as per specifications can continue.

Providing and applying priming cum bonding Coat of polymer of approved make and quality as approved by engineer incharge and cement slurry in 1:1 proportionate by weight to concrete area by brush or any other established method etc complete. (Rates excluding GST)

Providing and applying anti corrosive treatment to exposed reinforcement portion with one coat of Alkaline RUST CONVERTER Fcouert/ rusticide or equivalent on exposed reinforcement after cleaning the surface with wire brush followed by 2coats of anti corrosive epoxy phenolic IP NET RB / POLYALK FLXOPRIME or equivalent rebar protection coating on exposed inhibitor EPCO KP – 100/ POLYALK CP 113 or equivalent over at joining concrete surface as directed by engineer incharge. (Rates excluding GST)

Providing Repairing of honeycombs and minor damages with Polymer Modified Morter including material,labour complete in all respect.

Providing and applying 15 mm thick polymer mortor to load carrying RCC member in two layers in proportion of 1:5:15 by weight polymer of approved quality and make, cement and wash quartz sand with required WC ratio for desired consistency and applying and finishing by floating curing after initial setting time etc as per manufacturers specification etc complete. (Rates excluding GST)

Providing and applying tactile quality acrylic /synthetic, semi viscous paste/ plaster containing quartz aggregate acrylic polymer mineral specially formulated to withstand varying climate conditions and provide a long lasting elegant look to surface having very high aesthetic as well as protection value. Highly durable and maintenance free nontoxic, non-flammable 2mm thick coating having pH value 8-9 , specific gravity 1.70 kg/lit.

Providing and applying two coats of exterior acraylic emulsion paint confirming to corresponding I.S. of approved manufacture and of approved colour to the plastered surfaces including cleaning ,preparing the plaster surface, applying primer coat ,scaffolding if necessary , and watering the surface for two days etc complete.
