Repair/replacement of worn-out components of 2000 GPH X 100 m head x 5 H.P (3.7 KW) submersible pump set installed at WSS Pochal lower, Kishtwar.

Repair/replacement of wornout components of 2000 GPH X 100 m head x 5 H.P (3.7 KW) submersible pump set installed at WSS Pochal lower, Kishtwar by way of extraction of damaged submersible pump set and G.I/MS pipe flanged column assembly from deep bore well by drawing out 23 nos. MS/GI pipes (50 mm dia.) one by one manually by using chain pulley block, slings, clamps, gantry and skilled labour etc., and shifting of submersible pump set in load carrier from Kishtwar to the firm’s workshop and then dismantling and extraction of the internal assembly of the pump and then repair to pump shaft by welding, turning , facing, polishing, making key ways. Providing and fitting of new components i.e. - new impellers- 07 nos., neck rings – 08 nos., body bushes- 08 nos., spacer bushes- 08 nos. in place of damaged ones etc. Complete rewinding of 5 H.P (3.7 KW) submersible motor along with remetalling, turning, finishing and polishing of motor rotor shaft together with fabrication and fitting of bushes in bush housings -02 nos., P/F thrust pad -01 set, studs/nuts and T-bolts in place of damaged ones as per requirement. Assembling of complete pumping unit, shifting back pumpset in load carrier to the pumping station i.e WSS Pochal lower, Kishtwar to be kept as standby. The job also includes lowering of 2000 GPH X 100 m head x 6 H.P (4.5 KW) submersible pump set in the bore well by lowering of the 23 nos. column pipes (50 mm dia.) one by one manually along with submersible pump set by using chain pulley block, slings, clamps, gantry and skilled labor etc., the flanges shall have to be tightened by placing rubber gaskets and suitable nuts and bolts, patch roll, insulation tap etc. Testing the pump sets on full load. The job also includes replacement of worn out 100 amps. Main switch by new one. Providing & fitting of 01 no. new MUG-15 starter in place of damaged one. The job includes the cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted by the firm separately. (Complete job)
