Decoupling of 5 cusec discharge pumping unit no III from motor and then dismantling the pump and motor from the base frame. Carriage & shifting of dismantled pump and motor of lift irrigation station Beaspur parlah on head load to roadside using manual labour and then to workshop by carriage vehicle. Dismantling of 5 cusec x 10 meter discharge spiral/ end casing pump of pumping unit no III of Lift irrigation station Beaspur parlah at workshop for extraction of all worn out/damaged parts i.e. pump shaft, impeller, bearings, sleeves, bush, check nuts, nuts & bolts, gland plate, gland studs. Repairs to pump shaft by metal filling and then turning to bearing size and threading at positions of check nuts. Repair to impeller by filling cavities and cracks and finishing to original size. Providing and fitting of two number new bearings of the pump, shaft protection sleeve, check nut, nuts & bolts, providing and fitting of gland along with 2 no’s new gland studs. Repair to pump body unit by fabrication, turning and fitting of bearing sleeve to make inner diameter of bearing housing suitable for fitment of bearings. Repairs to suction body by way of welding and grinding as per profile of impeller. Reassembling all parts of pump with proper greasing & filling of pump bearing housing with fresh lubrication M-oil. Providing and fitting of gasket sheet between pump body and providing of new studs. Providing and fitting of graphite packing of suitable size. Repairs to 25 hp motor of pumping unit no III by extracting out old damaged winding manually and cleaning of stator slots. Complete rewinding of the stator by using standard copper wire of requisite gauge. Varnishing after rewinding of stator. Repair to rotor shaft by way of welding, turning and finishing to required size. Providing and fitting of new bearings on driving and non-driving end, end terminals, nuts and bolts. Replacement of coupling pulley of pumping unit no III and fitment on pulley to make the size compatible with pump and motor shaft. Providing and fitting of 8 no’s. new coupling nuts & bolts, rubber bushes, key way. Repair to 200 mm diameter foot valve of pumping unit no II by way of dismantling all moving and fixed parts. Cleaning of all internal parts to remove silt and rust. Fabrication of new foot valve plate as per size, new leather washer, hinge pin, new nuts & bolts. The job includes fabrication of strainer to stop entry of unwanted material and fitting it with foot valve. Repairs to 100 KVA electric transformer installed at lift irrigation station Beaspur parlah by way insolating of transformer from 11 KV HT supply, removing of HT cables and LT cables from the transformer. Lifting of transformer from installed position using long boom crane and carriage of transformer to road side from the lift irrigation station. (the distance of lift irrigation station from nearest roadside near Radha swami satsang garh is about 750 meters through fields). Shifting of transformer to workshop for repairs. Completely dismantling the transformer after removing the top cover of transformer and extracting out the damaged LV and HV coils from the oil tank. Complete rewinding of HV coils and reconditioning of LV coils using superior quality insulating material. Providing and fitting of 4 no’s LV bushes, 3 no’s HV bushes, LV bush rod 4 no’s, HV bush rod 3 no’s, gasket set and nuts and bolts. Repairs to the core of transformer by replacing the flashed core material. Heating of assembled coils in oven for proper hot air process and to get required meager value. Repair to oil tank by welding to make the oil tank leak proof and air tight. Lowering the assembled coils in oil tank. Filtering of existing transformer oil and topping up with 150 liters of fresh transformer oil. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, cost of oil, welding charges.

Repairs to impeller by metal filling and grinding to original size. Providing and fitting 2 no’s of new bearing’s no. 6312 on driving and non driving end of the pump, 1 no’s gun metal neck rings, 2 no’s shaft protection sleeves, 1 no’s check nuts, nuts & bolts, fabrication of 2 no’s new gland plate with providing and fitting of 2 no’s new gland studs on ends of pump. Repair to bearing housing on driving and non driving ends of pumping unit by providing and fitting of bush, turning and fitting of bush to make inner diameter of bearing housing suitable for fitment of bearing. Reassembling all parts of pump with proper greasingof bearings and providing and fitting of gasket sheet between upper and lower part of the pump. Providing and fitting of graphite packing of suitable size on both ends of pump. Repairs to 70 hp motor of pumping unit no II by extracting out old damaged winding manually and cleaning of stator slots. Complete rewinding of the stator by using standard copper wire of requisite gauge. Varnishing after rewinding of stator. Repair to rotor shaft by way of welding, turning and finishing to required size. Providing and fitting of new bearings no 6314 on driving and non-driving end, end terminals, nuts and bolts. Shifting back after carrying out repairs to pump and motor to site. The job includes loading, un-loading, manual labour, carriage charges of vehicle (to & fro), tools & tackles etc. Complete job.
