Complete removing old layers of paints by paint removers and scrapping with suitable scrapers tools and clean the surface by sweeping and applying two coat of Apcotrak of Asian paints PPG/ Road marking paint of equivalent Specification (as approved by GE) , water based matt finished over a coat of primer as per IS-164 of white, Golden yellow, Deep orange, Red and Black in lines, dashes, arrows, letter, circle, triangle etc on concrete or bitumen surfaces/pavements and the like exceeding 10 cm in width with Mechanical pavement marking machine WAGNER Power line lazer 6955 with two guns. (Airless spray applications as per IS-164/RM-164) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Works shall be carried out on Quarterly basis or when ever required on urgent basis.

Preparation of old layers of paints by scrapping with metal brush and suitable tools and clean the surface by sweeping and then using electric blower for complete obliteration and applying one coat of Apcotrak of Asian paints PPG /Berger guideline RM 164 Paint/ Road marking paint of equivalent Specification (as approved by GE), water based matt finished of colour of water base will be on concrete or bitumen surfaces/pavements surface background colour as per requirement in airfield and associated area as per IS-164/RM-164) n lines, dashes, arrows, letter, circle, triangle etc and the like exceeding 10 cm in width with brush complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- Work shall be carried out on Quarterly basis or when ever required on urgent basis

Preparation of old painted surfaces and applying one coat Synthetic enamel paint of any tint as in lines, dashes letter etc on concrete or bitumen surfaces/pavements and the like exceeding 10 cm in width with white/black/red/yellow/orange or any other approved tint etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Work shall be carried out on Quarterly basis or when ever required on urgent basis

Preparation of old surfaces and applying one coat of white wash on boulder or concrete surfaces/pavements complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: For serial Item No 1 to 7 (i) Contractor shall procure the material only after written approval of GE as per laid down instruction & material shall be stored in custody of Engr-in-charge (ii) Engineer-in-Charge shall ensure contractor procured complete quantity of material as per manufacturer instruction before commencement of work.
